I really appreciate this video. I found it last year and now I watch it every time I have a panic attack or even just when I feel really anxious or scared... Seriously though where’d you get the music? I’ve been trying to figure it out all year, and I really need to find it for my autistic son.. ❤ or if anyone else knows the “type” of music or beat. Anything.. I’ve searched slow pausing between notes piano, so many different ways. Lol :(
You have no idea what these books mean to meI got the series when I was 8-10iish I read each book cover to cover along with my mom, she got to read them while I was at school I got them after!! There were lots of times when, living out in the sticks, in the summer, I had nothing to do, so I’d start the series all over again because I couldn’t get a ride to the library. Same thing in High School, it was a great way to de-stress, just kicking back with one of these books from the s library, (I gave mine to my niece when I started high school because I thought I was just was to mature for this subject matter (cue eye roll)but finding them here on RU-vid it has been comfort food for my soul!! I finished 1 in the same day and 2 in two days!! Thank you so much!!! However it’s not helping my insomnia because I’m staying awake LISTENING !’ I’m also a whopping 54 yrs old now!
I will give more in the future I promise! Just paid rent! I am grateful to be living in a very good part of London though. I don’t know if it’s like this where you are but we have a cost of living crisis thing. I try not to watch news so I can shine my attention on what is going well in the world instead! U may think I am crazy! ❤
