The 45's are fine = tightening the wires and new contactor likely solved the over-amp

I'm sorry but you should have turned the unit off used a h wet and dry vac and sucked all that off around the outside of the coils and they use the regular green chemical or the coil cleaner to spray that down and a water hose sprayer to spray it from the inside out
