The most uncomfortable piece of equipment I ever used. There is far too much Velcro which sticks to everything and is very scratchy. The waist strap should be wider for comfort across the back . Also the fabric is scratchy and hot to wear in summer. The part around the arm rides up and cuts into the neck at night. If I could rate this it would be minus 10
Brace slips down when walking. Not sure if tech did not fit it right or not. If I adjust the calf too strap tight enough to keep it on, it bruises my leg below the kneecap.
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY!! i was billed for what my surgeon told me would be covered under insurance yet received the bill over a month later. i never used or opened the product yet they say no returns after 14 days. when i called i was hung up on purposely twice. when asked to talk to a manager on call 3 they simply said no after calls 5 and 6 i did talk to someone that simply said you can pay the bill or we can send it to collections( remind you this was still day one of receiving the bill) call 7 a different manager gave me a email to send my concern to. they also stated i should get a reply within the hour. well its been over 48 hours and i have sent 5 emails. I'm not even going to mention how bad the product looked , sealed in the bag or how i could barley understand what any of the 9 people i talked to where saying. lets just say English was not there primary language. or how the bill that came looked like junk mail ( If i didn't see my doctors name on it i would have thrown it away) if i could give negative stars i would .. total joke of a company they need to be shut down
Thank you so so so much. I am a Physiotherapist from Zambia and I have a young adult with post traumatic knee OA with pain on the medial aspect. This would definitely be most helpful to him because when walking his right knee has a slightly more pronounced varus than the left side.
