I probably should, and in the future I will try and remember to, make note of what prop I have on each boat. But unfortunately, I haven't always done that and on this particular boat I don't believe I did. However, if my memory sereves, on most of the 18s I've tested, they either have a 9 pitch or an 11 pitch. I will say that so much will depend on how many people you usually go out with as to which pitch will be optimal for your scenario. Sorry, I wished I could be of more help. Thanks for your interest!
Sorry, but I sold that boat awhile back and I didn't make note of what pich prop was on it. Wished I could have been of more help to ya but I just can't remember.
I didn't have time to pull the prop off and the pitch isn't stamped on the outside of the prop but the part number was (87818A45) so I Googled it and according to the part number it's a 9 pitch. I will say that the pontoons are pretty darn clean on this one, which makes a real difference. If one has been in a slip for instance, even if they've only been in there a short time, and have a minimal amount of build up, it can negatively effect the speed more than you would ever expect.
Hi, sorry for the delay in getting back with you but even though I know I should, I don't turn on my computer everyday to check my messages.😕 I've got this on line for $21,900. If you have further interest feel free to give me a call at 214-923-2917, Thanks!
Someone just commented that they did that on one of my other videos! That should give it some real kick I bet! 👍I really like the sixteen footers, I love how they'll even take a little trim! Thanks for watching, and taking the time to comment!
Sorry, that boat is sold and gone and I don't remember what pitch it was. I've had that question come up a few times on various boats and I couldn't answer that for them either so I've been trying to remember to make note of that lately but that one was gone prior to my record keeping, wished I could help.
If you'll notice the reply you are looking at was from 3 months ago, and as all business"s do, I recently dropped the price $2,000 to intice an off season sale. However, this price was for an off season sale and as the season will soon be back in action you may see the price return to the $31,900 since even at $31,900 it is still a very fair price to pay for a unit of this caliber and no one has taken advantage of the reduced sale price to date. I would like to ad, that is why I'm reluctant to put prices in my You Tube videos, because scenarios and situations change on a regular basis, and along with those changes prices will go up and down to compensate for those changes and I don't want anyone thinking I'm trying to pull a fast one on them. So I just don't put the prices in the video unless someone asks and then I only do it as a courtesy since they asked. Thanks for your interest!
@@BoatsRVs I'm not bashing that price at all. I'm surprised that no one has jumped on it at $29,900. I don't think $31,900 is out of line. As a suggestion, you might want to say "current" price is $whatever. That gives you an out to change the price without causing an issue. I am curious why it has such low hours and why someone would want to part with it so quickly. Yes, I do have interest in it.
I'm in Farmersville, which is a suburb of Dallas. I'm very low on inventory right now and in fact all I have at this time is three pontoon boats and a Nitro Z19. However feel free to give me a call @214-923-2917 anytime you want to know what I have! Thanks for looking!
Thanks for your interest, I'll keep that in mind for the future however this unit has been sold. The selling price was $23,500. Thanks again for looking!
Sorry this unit has been sold, I leave the videos up so people looking for this type of boat and motor combination have some idea of what to expect in regards to performance. Thanks for your interest!
No I don't believe so, I can't say for sure but judging from the quality and looks of it I would say it was factory made but I couldn't tell you by who. Sorry I can't be of more help!
I have the exact same boat. I absolutely love the boat except it has no storage. It actually bothers me so much then I'm about to trade it in for something with more storage.
Thanks, I appreciate you saying that! This one is priced at $27,900 but I will say it's in exceptional condition with just 44 hours plus this ones got the dual bimini tops and a really nice GPS fish finder so it might be the exception to the rule as far as what others are going for. You know how it is, there will be some lower, and there will be some higher but hopefully that will give you some idea. Thanks for interest!
Well the one I fished out of for the last 9 years was a 17ft. Bee Line. I've got a video of it on my channel, it was only made for about three years by Phoenix Boats and I really liked it and Iliked fishing out of it because we like to mainly fish plastic worms and I could go back in places that would be hard to get to in a larger boat. I'm a sucker for unique, almost one of a kind stuff, that's why I kept the Bee Line for so long but now I'm going to play with a 1996 Champion 192 Fish & Ski because my wife and "fishing partner" fell in love with it when I brought it home so I caved! I hope I don't regret letting that Bee Line get away, but since I usually do have boats for sale I can use one of them if need be. You can see the Champion video on my channel also and it's a very unique rare find so take a look and see what ya think! Thanks for your interest!
HERE YA GO, IT'S A 13.88 X 14 THAT WILL BE YOUR DIAMETER AND PITCH. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A 2014 90hp (NON COMMAND THRUST) SO IF IT'S A NEWER OR OLDER UNIT THAT YOU HAVE THEN THE GEAR RATIO IN THE LOWER UNIT MAY BE DIFFERENT AND WOULD REQUIRE A DIFFERENT PITCH AND POSSIBLY DIAMETER PROP TO GET THE SAME RESULTS I GOT WITH THIS PARTICULAR COMBINATION. THANKS FOR WATCHING!
Nice boat, nice presentation. Gonna be in the market sometime in August once I get finished with my current music tour; perhaps we can put something together IF this boat is still available at that time. I'm from Palestine, TX...not too far away from you.
Thank you for the compliments! And who knows it could still be here, just give me a call when you think you'd like to take a look! 214-923-2917 Thanks Again!
I'd buy it, this is the model I've been looking at ❤ i want the rod locker and gun box, with the versa track gunnels, a bimini top with the side walls 👍
Overpriced boat I have a 17 ft grizzly 25, 4 stroke 2004 still runs good only problem I have are leaks on the bottom of the boat. Give it a total make over . Tracker is cheap on the foam glad I have the time to do it the right way.
I don't think you would be gaining much by adding a jackplate on this particular boat due to the fact that the hull is already designed with a set back style transom. Usually the reason the jackplate helps is because by setting the motor further back you can run it higher on the transom and still catch undisturbed water plus reducing the drag from the lower unit and in some cases the hull itself. Since it has the stepped hull you can already run the motor somewhat higher as if it had a small jackplate. Sometimes by extending the motor further back the leveraging of the motors weight will actually throw the hydro dynamics of the hull off causing more drag and slowing the boat down. I would also like to mention that these boats equipped with the 4 stroke motors already sit somewhat low in the back and extending the motor back would accentuate that issue also. I probably would skip the jackplate and focus on trying various props and motor heghts on the existing transom. Hope this helps, and thanks for the interest!
I own a 2016 20ft Suntracker with 75 hp mercury 4 stroke but due to my being a 100% disable veteran with heart failure; we haven't used it since 2019! It was left uncovered with only a tarp (which was partially blown off) I was able to check it; starter battery dead and so is the trolling motor batteries! Deck is solid ordered without carpet! I don't know anyone to check it out for me here in north Florida; do you have any suggestions! I would love to wet a line this spring god willing!
Yeah, when I got it the lights were just regular non LED type lights. I switched them out for the new style LED lights that are much brighter plus I changed out the switches to recessed button style so you wouldn't catch your foot on them getting on and off the boat when launching ect..
I'm a small independent dealer in the DFW area so I get my inventory in a multitude of ways, and unfortunately for the most part, to buy where I buy, you have to be a licensed boat dealer to attain access. The units you see are for sale, however they do sell pretty quick sometimes so most of what is on the channel have been sold. I leave the videos up because if someone is looking for a particular boat and motor pkg. it helps them get an idea of what they might expect from that combination. I do have some units right now that I haven't had an opportunity to do videos on yet so if you can't find something feel free to give me a call at 214-923-2917
Sorry but this unit has been sold, and it is already gone. You can go to "Tracker boats.com" and find all the specs there. Hope this helps and thanks for your interest!
I have the same boat and same motor. Can you tell me where the cavitation plate of the motor is in relation to the pontoon or off shore bracket as a reference. I believe mine is too low and the help would be appreciated.
Hi Mark, I no longer have that boat however I do have a couple of 22s in stock with 90s I'll check those and let ya know what they are and maybe that will help.
