You need to add caliper grease to them clips and to both caliper bolts in order for caliper to slide easily back and forth. And to torque them to 55 foot lbs. Them threads are probably stripped ramming them on with the impact. Good job
My car would overheat at times then I’d turnoff ac it’d cool down till one day it blew only hot air. I replaced Freon then a new compressor and still didn’t work. I saw this video took this part off my donor Mustang switched it to mine and boom AC works perfectly and no overheating. Thx man it’s 98 degrees I was about to have a heat stroke.
@@Familyofjackz I have a question my gas hand hasn’t been working but when I put some gas in it the hand worked for a while then stopped again any clue what it could be ? it’s a new fuel pump so I’m not sure why it’s not working
@camillechilds605 did you get the whole fuel pump housing or you just replace the fuel pump itself because the float on the fuel pump housing could be going bad
Trust me it will fix it it took me like three months to find out why my car AC wasn’t working I check all the fuses I checked all the wires man I did everything but forgot that it had a master relay in that box also your fuel pump relay is inside the box as well when you get the new part you going to be like family of the jackz that guy lol can you subscribe to my RU-vid channel if thats cool and welcome to the family
@@Familyofjackzcan't confirm 100% yet but the AC was working intermittently, then it got to the point where it wouldn't kick on at all. I put the module on and it started blowing cold again I just hope it stays working
Yes, it did. Trust me. I was going crazy trying to figure out why my AC is not working in my vehicle. I’ll check every fuse every wire everything came out good but it was one thing I didn’t check and that was the main AC relay as shown in the video, it sits up on your passenger side fender. Also has a fuel pump relay inside that little box as well but you got to buy the whole box. You can’t just buy a relay For it you can go on Amazon and order the box
I asked a mechanic how much he’d charge me to change it the other day he said 80$ I was like wtf in my head I told my self this alternator don’t look difficult to take off so I came across you tube and booom 🎉I saved 80$ thank you so much 🙏🏻💯

Did you add new clamps? Couldnt hear you over the eng ive got an over heating boiling resivoir issue. So you added clamps at thise positions and bang good to go?
On earlier various Ford cars, I 🤔 think it was called the "Constant control module" I think..and mounted somewhere around or on the electric fan assembly . It too, was the "missing link" in diagnoses, even on older Fords, with A/C loss, especially after you confirmed all of the fuses were "good" and there was no compressor clutch 12 vcd signal.. At least they gave you an access hole I have to drop the exhaust drop the rear subframe then I can finally drop the tank. I did that one time when it was out I cut a hole in the thing myself and made a cover plate I will go buy a new car before I ever drop that tank again it took 12 hrs to get it out and it didn’t help I live in the rust belt and it’s a ford 😂

I got one now 3.6 l damn truck getting on my nerves at idle it’s coo When I drive for few mins gauge rises slow down it drops back to mid temp It holds pressure when I tested it Changed everything except radiator n it has the rear heater core 🤷🏾♂️
