Hi coach, i'm from Viet Nam and your video very helpful with me. I want to learn about the gym schedule that complements boxing, how to divide the workout schedule to supplement boxing. Thanks
Recovery must outpace your strain most definitely. Keep up the good info. Also better to have a warm shower before sleep than a cold one so the body cools down when you're about to sleep the body needs to cool down by roughly 1 or 2 degrees for quality sleep and conversely warms up by 1 or 2 degrees to wake up
Heavy weights need big strong biceps so it's all about the weight and how you swing it your chest is where the power and speed is it's all about contractions of the muscles
Excellent content. I’m a PT and have used variations of all of these on myself as well as clients. It translates to sports such as sprinting as well cycling and swimming. A strong core is the corner stone to all strength gains. Remember to keep up with mobility, and joint conditioning. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
One arm scapula push ups, planche lean holds, hindu push ups, and the frog stand will be very useful once your shoulder and back have been strengthened from these exercises
That's why today's athletes are far superior to old school guys. Training methods evolve all the time and that's why humans keep beating their previous records.
@truthseeker2095 it's not just about dimensions. Usyk has all those training techniques you call BS and THAT'S what made him so good. Terrible argument my friend
@truthseeker2095 yeah okay mate, amateur boxer here but go on I guess. You know all about Usyk's training camp it seems. Too many rocky movies and not enough actual boxing.
