@@connorj.dunckel4223 OMG thank you for the reply. Not gonna lie I feel kinda star struck lol . For sure the Adirondacks have gold. I have found a bit up there. I'm in the Hudson valley so most of the gold here made it's way to the Hudson river. I find most of my gold In smaller mountain streams that lead to bigger creeks. It's such a good time mountain Brooke hopping.
@@adamklein518 all that glacial gold, something tells me we have more in our backyard than previously thought. Even if it's a bad day it's still nice to get out of the house
@@connorj.dunckel4223 I agree 100%. Like my grand pappy said a bad day of prospecting is better than a good day at work 😂. There are miles and miles of farm creeks and mountain Brookes around me. I've been an outdoorsman my whole life and I still don't think I've hit even 1% of the creeks. There's gotta be pile loads undercovered right here ready to find.
Hey nite owl , I honestly can’t tell you much in facts because what I have learned from another Yt channel . But I have heard even an eraser can be helpful on such ( gold and silver ) for even some bldg up … yet I would try a touch of dish soap and warm water gently rub on and rinse . Best of luck to u . 👍

If you likes rocks that much I will be funny you and your boy friend should go to volcano I call St. Ann DePropry sorry spelling it is Jesus' grandmother a finger in Canada St lawrence river near big city The volcano is on Talor Creek state land on buck pond rd. from the state line to state sign there is so many Bolders I thought it was a side vent of a volcano but it was not it is a collapse Caldara volcano[ [you tube made me smart???] going in drive haft way up on right walk in you will see different volcano stones I do not metal detect this area but walk the road to keep in shape?

Yes sure . It’s a large bar . For the wt. 10 g. Almost as big as the 20g pamps ( funny you mention that as I don’t wear it too often for it’s is such a larger bar . But very cool looking when I do . Hope you get your also you won’t regret it . 👍
Crazy story time!! Ok so I am from South Carolina originally. However, EVERYONE else on and from my mothers side of my family, is from upstate new York. That very lazurite you're talking about in this video, found by Edward's mining Co of st Lawrence, NY, my grandpa worked for when that was found. And I actually have a piece of that actual stone. I just dug it out to compare it and pictures of that stone on the internet and yea, lmao. Which I thought was kinda cool. My piece has little orange speckles when you hit it with florescent light. I wish I could post a picture of it here in the comments.
