Bro, youre an idiot man! You are reviewing these boots for something they have nothing to do with. All you did is talk about their performance in hiking, who the heck would buy this kind of shoe to hike on??? Its like Dr. Martins and getting mad becuase they didnt go good with my business suit. Why would I even do that, much less make a video crying about how that did not work. I think we should all make a video about how "dogshit" your brain is, I bet that video would make a better video!

Not just these boots but every boot or shoe is really difficult to keep in the British climate. Always cold, humid and wet and the next day it's windy, hot and dry will easily crack the boots, dampen them enough for mold to grow, rot and weaken them. Not so much in public spaces but if you are hiking or in anyplace rural then it's always like walking through a WW1 muddy trench. Had a pair similar to them and i polished them and kept them nice and the soles came off after 3 months during winter, I applied plenty of shoe glue but it wil easily get damp, then dry, hot then cold so the glue will only last a few weeks or even days before it loses it's stick.

I've been looking at this particular jacket for a couple days now. Unfortunately I'm not a very good judge of online sizing. I'm 6ft tall and 200lbs (with plans to lose a bit of weight) so which size should I go for?
@@andersongames0237 Medium may be a good fit for it to be more fitted and how you plan to lose weight. Idk how much of the weight is muscle vs body fat tho or a large may be better depending on that.
See my other videos of issues I've had with the quality of this company. This is the 1st good pair I've gotten after many exchanges and quality issues. I think the quality may have improved. I havent bought any since to confirm that.
@@stylewithaltitude I hear you, about the other videos, but the name of THIS video doesn't feel like it matches the content on this particular video. I've never tried the captains, but I really enjoy my majors, their low top white sneakers, and so far the Chelsea's are okay.

A lot of self-improvement gurus are cringe. Like they flaunt their lifestyle. I bet a lot of their income comes from this too. Now I may come across as insecure, but I feel like they flaunt and conceal it which I don’t like. Brandon Carter does it too, but at least he’s charismatic with it and doesn’t conceal it.
@@stylewithaltitudeI recently unfollowed Brandon Carter and a lot of these self-improvement gurus. They could offer solid advice, but it doesn’t work for everyone. I remember one video where Brandon Carter ridiculed working at McDonalds and ik he probably doesn’t mean it but still that applies pressure and plays mind games. I feel like if you be yourself and follow your passion the divinity would reward you.

I bought my first Thursday boot a week ago. Didn’t realize about the studded vs non studded sole. Should have looked more carefully but I’ll keep them as I am happy with them but will get the next pair non studded
Definitely better traction. I went inside a grocery store with the studded sole on clear weather... came outside to find snow and could hardly walk with them like I was in heels lol.
I just ordered a pair of Dark Olive Captains, I didn't want Black or Brown since I have other brands in that color but thought Dark Olive will go with more of my pants? TBA
