I wasn't at home today so I couldn't do this core workout instead I did maybe 10 15 mins of arm workout with the equipments in the park lol I hope it counts 😅

Wow great little spicy workout. Shorter over all time, longer time for each move and NO Repeats and no break in the middle of the workout. Full body sweaty workout with lots of bears and our friend Jack. Let's have another one of these Heather....loved the music too.

Another fire workout for the books! I love love love standing ab workouts. The chop and squat was my favorite! I swear it feels like Heather is training us to be Warriors-these workouts are no joke! Always keeping us on our toes with the different combos.
