Oh, I love all your information! This BOGO week snuck up on me so I didn't really prepare for it like I wanted to and today I went what I like to call "point shopping." Wild Orange and Cypress were the ones included along with a few other choice oils I was looking to get into and I can't wait to make that roller bottle recipe for my hubby including Ylang Ylang, Cypress and Marjoram! I've used Rosemary along with FCO for a few months and I've noticed my hair growing faster than it did before! Now I gotta try the hair oiling recipe you have since my hair is usually dry. I was wondering if you can use FCO in hair oiling also? I've got a bunch of that here at home lol. Another oil fact I've learned: did you know Birch Essential Oil can be a haircare hero? It can stimulate hair growth as well as reduce dandruff! A friend of mine had a newsletter about it. 😊 I actually put that to the test for about 2 months and it really did reduce my pesky dandruff and helped with growth! But yes, I need to incorporate the hair oiling into my routine for sure! I'll take pics and post them on my channel and all over. Yes, I do take both PB restore and PB assist most days. They have different microbes and diversity. Another option is to alternate and take Restore one month and Assist the following month. ❤️
Hi! The terrazyme is designed to be taken daily. 1-3 capsules per day is the recommendation. Best taken with food to help with digestion but can also take one before bed in addition to taking with food earlier in the day.

I love it I’m male and mostly use in diffuser by my bed at nite. But when I use it on my wrist at first it’s very lite and floral then changes to deeper tone almost cinnamony. When I first ordered. Company sent me a few capsules. I haven’t taken them. Kinda cautious. Is it safe?
Hi! I'm glad you are enjoying the blue lotus! The doterra essential oils that are recommended for internal use will have supplemental nutrition facts listed on the side of the bottles. Blue lotus does not have this info and isn't recommended for internal use. You can save the capsules for another oil that can be used internally. Look for the "I" symbol for internal use on doterra's website for other options .:)
Rigel, how do you take your LLV? 2 of each pill in the morning or do you take 1 pill of each in morning and again in afternoon? And do you take Mito2Max in the mornings?
Hi! It is recommended to take 4 of each of the LLV supplements per day. I take all of them in the morning so I don't forget but the best practice is to split them into two servings during the day (2 of each, 2x/s day). I also take my Mito2Max in the morning and a second in the afternoon if I feel like I need a boost. Hope this helps!

Hi! The doterra OnGuard concentrated cleaner and the abode cleaner are both cleaner concentrates that are designed to work by just adding water to them. Hope that helps!

If you switch out Epsom for Magnesium flakes in your bath water, it would really pack a punch. Just make sure the soles of your feet are in the water so they can absorb the healing properties into the body. Love these oils.
I just found your channel the other day and I’m enjoying your ideas! Thank you so much. Just a note on coconut oil and the bath products…since coconut oil solidifies and it isn’t a good idea to put it down your drains. Ask me how I know….😳
Unfortunately, it is a failed product and will be recalled. The minerals refuse to come out of the sachets OR dissolve, no matter how you "shake to activate," rinse the sachet with extra water, etc. A lawsuit should be filed against doterra for these false claims as their electrolytes cannot be consumed.
