Hello, my dear friend! When I got the notification that this video was up, I got really excited! I've actually been teaching about the Serenity Sleep System in my Tuesday night classes for the past couple weeks. So far, I covered the softgels and the oil. My last one will be about the sleep stick. I've used all 3 of these together and I've been getting such good sleep and I don't wake up at all until the next day! I tend to mix it up a bit in the diffuser; Serenity all the way but sometimes I mix with other oils like Shinrin-Yoku or Northern Escape. I love both combos but my absolute favorite is the Northern Escape paired with Serenity. We like to call it "Escape To Serenity" at my house lol. As always, I love the info you bring out. You look so amazing and it's always a delight seeing you on here or anywhere you post videos. Hmm...maybe I can guess what you'll talk about next. Hello friend! I’m loving your suggestion of “Escape to Serenity.” I diffused it last night and it smells like a dream! Wonderful to hear you are teaching about the Serenity and recording videos. You are helping many and being your light to the world! So excited to hear this and will buy the stick now! I will pass this video to others. Took the gel capsule last night and yes slept longer and had deep sleep. I work for a CPA and I need good sleep during tax season and my daughter also with autoimmune diseases needs this! Thank you, your testimony is what I needed!❤

I’ve been using Serenity soft gels for years. What would you say the age to start this is? Could a 10-12 year old take one at bedtime?

Hello Rigel. Good info as always. Thanks. I like serenity aswell. I have a question not related with de video,but wat would you recomand taking when in labour to keep me strong and energetic? I had several months full of stress and not much sleep and in almost 2 weeks i have to give birth. My energy levels are really low. Thank you for your time. Till next time. Congratulations on your little one! My best suggestion for energy and feeling good will be the supplements. It’s not a quick fix but it will give you sustained energy throughout your repair and recovery after birth, too. You will need it. ❤️ My top 2 suggestions are the life long vitality and the MetaPWR advantage collagen. Both are safe for pregnancy and nursing. Take both if it’s in your budget. They are highly discounted when purchased together with the “customize” option on Loyalty rewards orders. If you can only take 1 I would lean towards the life long vitality. Essential oils that are energizing during birth may be citrus oils like wild orange, Frankincense for stability, and ginger for nausea. Hoping you have a peaceful delivery and enjoy every moment with your little one!
