I’m Lesleyanne (Lellyanne) and I live just outside Glasgow with my husband, my 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son. We got married in 2017 had our first baby in November 2018 and our baby boy in January 2021. I started this channel as a hobby through lockdown and maternity leave. I am starting my training as a midwife in September and currently work part time as a HCSW so along with work and mum-life I try to make meals of the week videos and grocery hauls. O my gosh the pasta looked amazing. My daughter and I did the tiktok version which used feta cheese. It was OK but I'm not a huge feta fan. But I am going to make this version. Loving your videos , just found you a day or so ago and I'm enjoying watching what you eat. Great to get different ideas as to what to make for dinner. Huge well done to you for the quality meals you make for your family. I watch a few youtubers re what they buy and meals they make . One lady, who I love, makes pasta 3 to 4 times a week...different ways but still pasta and virtually no veg only tinned sweetcorn on absolutely everything, no proper Sunday or any day of the week dinners. It's great to see proper healthy family food. Have a great weekend Lellyanne x
Hi Pauline! Thanks for watching. There’s not one place I get my recipes I sort of just make them up based on what we fancy or I just Google the ingredients I have in and click on any recipe website that has something I like the look of! Mostly bbc good food! xxx
Yours is the only video I can find with someone cooking a ham from scratch (raw). Like you said, if you can cook a whole chicken then why not a ham or other joints of meat. Just bought myself a Tower Airfryer Dual 9ltr & I'm going to try a ham tomorrow. Will let you know how it goes.
@@Lellyanne Well things didn't start off too good. Went to use the fryer yesterday morning to do OH'S breakfast & Tower AF didn't work (controls panel) so it's going back today. I did go & buy a Ninja 7.6l dual zone & followed your video. However 200 was way too high & the glaze was getting burnt before meat was done (about same size as the ham you cooked) After adjusting temp & time I'm happy to say it turned out really well. Maybe a little bit dry compared to yours, but very tasty. (Home reared meat). Val
@@ellie300162 I started off at 200, but too hot, glaze was burning even inside tin foil. So I dropped it down to 180. I used a meat thermometer to check done inside.
Thanks Carol! I love filming these types of video I just wasn’t sure if anyone was interested in watching so thank you for your comment! I will try do more xxx
Hi Vivien! Thanks for watching. I realised after I didn’t film a lot of what the kids had but it’s usually because when theirs come they just want to start scoffing it straight away🤣 there was a great childrens menu with chicken nuggets Mac and cheese the usual. They are quite big portions. I filmed a wee bit of theirs at the lunch time you can see the Mac and cheese and chicken goujons xxx
