We really like Korean beef bowls from Skinnytaste, beef enchiladas from Recipe Tin Eats and chili con carne from BBC Good Food. Also Swedish meatballs, shepherds pie and meatloaf are classics in our house.
Loved your video this week Lellyanne, ideas with minced meat. I make minced meat plait with puff pastry, either normal cooked mince or taco/fajita mince wrapped in a plait. (It can also be done with chicken and or Tuna, I mix it with mayo.) Another idea for leftover taco/fajita meat is to top a pizza base, add peppers, red onions etc.. I've also made a poor man's beef wellington using lean minced beef. I'll definitely be trying your Risotto it looked delicious, mind you, they all did xx
We love a meatloaf very versatile as well to suit whatever you fancy. You can cover it with bbq sauce to cook or just plain have it with chips or salad etc. x
Delicious meals! 🤗 I make a Hispanic ground meat dish called picadillo (pee-ka-dee-yo). It has minced meat, onion, tomato sauce, cumin, coriander, oregano, red wine, capers, paprika/cayenne, green olives, and cubed potatoes. Simmer all ingredients. Great with rice, tortillas, or in stuffed peppers!!
