That and there's sooo much turnover on the defensive side of the ball roster and scheme wise. Both Jonathan Allen and DaRon Payne are not used to playing in this more of a pass rushing/attacking gap play whereas before it was more of a run defending sort of scheme. This should fit Payne more as he's a better pass rusher where Allen is a better run defender. I really think by week 8 or so the defense should gel better together and play as a complete unit. We all saw how players like Jeremy Chinn in the first few weeks of the regular season not playing very well but he's getting more comfortable as he/they play more. I already knew Benjamin St. Juice was going to be a good fit in this heavy man coverage defense and I think he'll be extended by the time FA comes around and should be a good #2 CB. Forbes on the other hand will probably stick around as he's on a cheap rookie deal and should be getting better as he gets more experience here. Noah Iggy is also playing solid and might be pretty good by the end of the season. Now with all that being said, there's no doubt in my mind that the FO will address the CB/DB room in both FA and the draft. Getting a legitimate #1 CB in FA and draft one in the 2nd round or so (maybe use the 1st round draft pick on a #1 DE or OL, keep building the trenches! If Brandon Coleman is the starting LT by the end of the season and somehow if Andrew Wylie keeps playing well then hey use the 1st rounder on a star WR or again a DE to start opposite of Dorrance Armstrong). DE will probably be addressed in FA as well as Ferrell is on a 1 year deal.
This analysis of shotgun and I formation, running the ball, clearly shows this guy knows nothing about the air raid. Stop talking. Spread, exotic blitzes? Dude, you need to quit talking.
The most glaring difference in qbs kliff has coached are underdogs, good potential, but less than desired. When it came to kyler, high school stud, college phenom. In the nfl, Kyler plays as if he’s plateaued. Kyler thinks he just needs to show up and play. No desire to get better. No desire to study playbook and watch film, despite his disadvantages (size and experience). Kliff now has a qb that shows up to practice first and leaves last. Studies. Watches film. Go through reps. Natural leader. Jayden’s plays are infectious. It’s fun to play football. Colt McCoy once said, playing preseason on the cardinals, “I’ve never had this much fun playing football (in kliffs offense)”. Kyler is a cancer. He doesn’t have the drive. Not like tom Brady. Not like Patrick Mahomes. Jayden Daniel’s though, you can see his passion for the game. You can see how continues to improve. You can see how the game slows down for him.
Nope! This isn't an RPO where he could be caught down field, not knowing whether he is run blocking or pass protecting. No way should he have taken even 2 steps down field.
Like Adam Schefter said, if they were going to do something like this they probably would’ve just traded for Aiyuk. AP would rather draft a WR of his choosing.
Why do fans keep saying this? No sh*** everybody knows they need CB and edge rusher but this is Oct there are NO top 10 CBs or edge rushers available right now this season. It's not a choice between Adams or a elite CB or Edge rusher where are they getting this CB or edge rusher Walmart???
I'm in the I don't want him boat. Has nothing to do with lockeroom what not. They did so well in the draft. And this is still a rebuild. I don't wanna give up picks.

I'm not necessarily for acquiring Devante but if Adam Peters decide to go get him I'm gonna support the decision. Gotta trust that AP knows what he's doing they got 9 draft picks in next year's draft.
There’s a massive influx of receiver talent in college football these days. It’d make sense to just draft and develop a guy in the 2nd or 3rd round. That being said if AP decided to trade for davante id fully trust the decision

For how long???….kliff’s offenses have been known to fool people for 1/2 the season then they figure him out. Hopefully JD’s immense talent supersedes the inherent problems with Kingsbury’s offenses
We're regular echelon right now... we have to beat Baltimore and At Least split between Dallas and Philly to get into the upper echelon. But I'll take it, cause last year we weren't even lower echelon.... we were echeloff. Hail to the RedManders
Yeah, we are not there yet. Defense needs to get better, and the offense needs to show it can play well against a good defense. That test is coming up the next 2 weeks. Can we get better on defense, and start to really shore up the run game? We need to see.
Of course. Why wouldn't they? Football/sports is not about forcing square pegs into a round hole! That's why so many drafted qb's don't reach their potential..

To me, we still have to get over 1 more hurdle before I can go ALL IN. That is beating the teams we are supposed to beat. The other games we were the underdogs now we are the favorites. We almost always have lost these types of games when we are the favorites and I'm shaking like Scooby Doo over this Brown's game...😂 HAIL !!!!!
