I help women take time out of their busy lives to quieten their minds whilst creating a garden that sets their heart on fire & getting creative with the flowers they grow.
My goal is to give you a reason to take time for you to find some headspace through gardening, one small step at a time. So that you can start to reconnect with yourself & find some calm in your life. All whilst growing a bold & beautiful garden!
This is important because as women we have so much power to help, grow & raise up other women simply by taking care of ourselves first. It’s time to start gently applying the brakes so you can start to slow down & give yourself a chance to breathe.
I am a Horticultural Therapist, writer, speaker & content creator, & have spoken at events & for organisations both online & in person on the topic of mindful gardening & gardening & floristry for wellbeing.
