My Garden Glow Up Package 

My Garden Glow Up package is designed to be used as a kickstart to get you to take action in your garden.
If you are finding yourself putting off doing anything in the garden because you don’t know where to start then I will guide you through it during our month together.
We’ll craft a step-by-step action plan to remove the plants that are dragging you down and then I’ll encourage you to let your imagination run wild while we create a list of brightly coloured plants to take their place.
Across the month I'll be encouraging you to notice your mood before and after a gardening session so that you can see what activities have the biggest impact on how you’re feeling, these will become your secret weapons for whenever life gets too much over the coming months.
Come Spring you’ll take your carefully curated list of plants to the garden centre and buy those things that make your heart sing, before our final session together to get them planted in a way that ensures your plants and your mood glow for years to come.
