Welcome to my culinary channel, where every recipe is crafted with love to bring warmth and joy to your kitchen :) I am a cook with education and work experience, and despite no longer working as a professional cook, my passion for cooking remains unwavering. Cooking has long been a hobby for me, and every time I see a smile on the faces of those enjoying my dishes, I feel joy :) Let's cook together :)
Nice idea, annoying music. Did you wash your gloves between each stage? Do you need to wear gloves? Much prefer to see you wash your hands and not bother wearing the gloves. They don't add anything to the video and distract from the recipe.🙂
I thought gloves were actually a neutral option and didn't distract from the dish. For the next video shoot, I'll try not to use gloves :) But the next few of my videos will still be in gloves, as the video is already almost ready :) Thanks for your opinion, I'll keep it in mind for future shoots :)
Please turn on subtitles in your language :) In this video, the recipe for the famous Eggs Orsini with cheese is featured. The only ingredients needed are eggs, cheese and salt :) The tender texture of the egg white with cheese is adored by me and my children for breakfast! Enjoy watching :) Thank you for visiting my channel:)
Kind of an American style here, as a French cuisine study, You need to bake at a temp less than 200F. This prevents the removal of the natural moisture in the egg.
In this recipe I used the time specified in the video and a temperature of 350°F and even then the egg doesn't turn out dry. The yolk ends up runny. Some people bake longer and at lower temperatures. I shared my way of cooking as I usually do:)
Sorry, I shouldn't have said "you need." There is nothing wrong with how you cooked it. It originates from "Egg Orsini," a French recipe from early 1900.@@tastyJalapenoCooking
@@Invincibletro No worries at all!:) Your comment is valued. It's great to know the origins of the recipe too - thanks for sharing that! I've been cooking this dish for many years, but now I'm really interested in learning about the history of "Egg Orsini":)
You are absolutely right, most of the avocado will remain if cooking the dish for one person. That's why at 00:15 in the video, the ingredients are listed for three servings :)
