Producing content on RU-vid since before RU-vid was a thing. Nothing recent, but considering re-launching my channel with brand new themes and content. Hope you enjoy!
As a Christian, I was embarrassed about renting this movie. Probably the worst acting in a movie I've ever seen in my entire 40 years of life on planet Earth...Had to stop the movie mid-way, because I just couldn't handle it.
If I were Joseph of Arimathea, what would I do if I found that Jesus was still alive after he was taken down from the cross? The answer is simple! I would stage a decoy funeral but the shrouded body I bear to the grave would be that of a living person. James or Jude (the brothers of Jesus) would be the ideal candidate for burial in, suitably, a cave and not a six-feet deep hole in the ground. In the night, the 'entombed' impersonator would then roll back the tomb and make good his getaway. Interestingly, the epistles of James and Jude make no references to Jesus' virgin birth, resurrection and ascension - and miracles Jesus allegedly performed! The fully recovered Jesus was likely making good his escape from Jerusalem when Paul met him on the road to Damascus and not surprisingly, became converted! Sad to say, over the next 2 thousand years, many would lose their life because of an empty tomb!

Surely if they thrust a spear in his side and he was dead, no blood would have come out? Anyway, Ron Wyatt found Jesus's blood and it came back to life and had 24 chromosomes so Jesus wasn't human so how would they known if he was really dead or not?
Wh is there no other historical record of this. According the Christian accounts, it was dark for three hours from noon to 3 p.m. No eclipse lasts that long. Such darkness would appear in other non-Christian documents, if it happened. All of the four books on Jesus were written at least 80 years after the alleged "Jesus" lived. Wake up.Paul made the whole thing up or hallucinated it. So-called "greatest story ever told" is the biggest hoax in history. There is no hard evidence he existed.
The Roman Catholic Church begun with the mission of St.Augustine to Aethelbert, King of Kent, in 597. St. Augustine's Mission Aethelbert was chosen because he was married to Bertha, a Frankish Christian princess, whose support was essential. It is ignored the political fact that London was in the realm of decidedly pagan tribes, so Canterbury, the capital of the Kentish kingdom, became the seat of the pre-eminent archbishop in England.
But Arthur is a legend too.... and Arthur converted into Christianity, more or less forced by Genievre. and, 411 BC was not the medieval age yet.. The filmmakers should at least remain within the line of ancient storytellers, like Monmouth, Chrestien de Troye or some others, and not reinvent a stupid bigot story. Savvy ?
Get over that there is Christianity in the fucking movie holy shit society Is taking a turn for the worst because everyone is so easily offended. And king authur was Christian because medieval Europe was Christian it doesn't matter what Merlin was, he is a character in a legend that was written in a Christian time period.
The worst version of the Arthurian Legend ever ! Where is Morgaine (Morgan le Fay accordingly to Chrestien de Troye) ? Where Merlin , Taliesin ? This version is polluted with Christianity which was not that much known in Britain to that time. Arthur was fostered by Merlin, who was not christian but pagan. I watched a lot of movies with the Arthurian background, I read many books thereabout as well. My personnally best version is and remains "The Mists of Avalon" by Marion Zimmer Bradley.
Luke 4:14-21Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about him spread through the whole countryside. He taught in their synagogues, and everyone praised him. He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom. And he stood up to read. The scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling it, he found the place where it is written:
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him, and he began by saying to them, “Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”
John 3:16-18 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,f that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son."
John 14:5-7 Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?” Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.” Revelation 1:18 I am the Living One; I was dead, and behold I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades.
John 11:24-27 Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha answered, “I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?” “Yes, Lord,” she told him, “I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world.”
The projectionist is the final link in the film making process, without them, it's just a bunch of small pictures in a can that mean nothing, or when it comes to digital, a bunch of gb's or tb's that mean nothing.
I wish I could finish the other parts for all you out there... but the issue is time and money. I have very little of either right now. I know it has been a long time and this is a very popular series. I really need to find a way to finance more videos like this.
Im currently a projectionist at a 18 house theater that runs completely on 35 mm. Although digital is the up and coming thing, I will always love film more.
I would not worry about the resolution... The big question is: How far can you go to get a usable image quality... I think that 4k (maybe sometimes 6k) resolution masters should be enough... However there are people who claim that the real resolution of a 35mm film can range from 6 to 10k
@Onefleshabiding16 for one churches and those working in them are suppose to not get paid remember a church is suppose to be non-profit.if the church makes money that is not donated they can be taxed by the state.
I don't think this movie has anything to do with DJ MachHale's Pendragon series. It seems to be more based around the time of King Arthur, who's acutal name was 'Arthur Pendragon' the name was not stolen from DJ MacHale.
@RuskePerson God wants christians to spread the gospel. The problem is when people become prideful and boast about their christianity. Read the whole chapter. He doesn't want christians to practice our righteousness in front of others. Rather he wants christians to show the love God has for all people
