I need a heavy weights on my short barbell I only have 20kg on it they say that's the first start for kg to be lifting but I'm not having it but only for curls. I need lbs 25lb and up double if I'm only using one dumbbell I'm using like 35lbs hold with both hands and bench with arch back less stress.😮😅😊❤❤

There were major issues with delivery of these for me though. Had to contact Amazon multiple times. I will say however that these issues were rectified and although they were delayed, they came as described and work really well. All of the amazon representatives with whom I spoke throughout were also incredibly polite and understanding.The dumbbell themselves are perfect. Saves a lot of space and they feel pretty solid. Just a little thing of the grips being a bit too large for me, not too much though. I would recommend some kind of gloves to go with this. My sister-in-law thought they were too bulky. I think they are perfect size though. Keep your individual preferences in mind.

You incorrectly stated that you can use more weight with the short bar vs the long bar because of balancing issues. It's the opposite. The amount of weight is distributed amongst a more compact distance on a short bar vs the long bar making it more difficult. Try this exercise with two 45 lb plates per side (approximately 200 lbs total including the bar) vs 209 lbs on a conventional Olympic bench and bar. Huge difference

After reading about Brooke Shields breaking her femur and going through months of excruciating physical therapy- I'm older too like her, in my 40's- I decided not to get a Bosu ball. I use a JumpSport rebounder/ trampoline and it gives me just the right amount of instability. Also, jumping and doing a squat in between each jump for a HIIT workout, you really feel it. The only thing from this workout I see a Bosu Ball would come in handy, not causing major injury, is the plank to push ups.

So I understand that we should t let the pedals go all the way down or all the way up, right? I have this machine at gym at work but it seems almost impossible to make the pedals go down... I thought the settings were not suitable for my weight (105lbs). But I guess I was approaching it all wrong.

I only have 38.5 pound dumbbells they are slightly too heavy for these can’t do more than a few each arm

Watched this because my back kept getting sore on this but now I’m realising it’s because the intensity was too high causing me to pound my feet. Will definitely be lowering the intensity because NEVER sacrifice form! Thanks a lot for this :)
