Who doesn’t like Pawtuxet Village? I live in the Village on the Warwick side. Let’s not forget Pawtuxet Park and the boathouse. This is where all the live events are held.
Very insightful, I live in Warwick, Pawtuxet Village. My house is 300 years old and we love it here. During the warmer months there’s always something going on. Arts festival, Gaspee parade and so much more.
DO NOT MOVE TO WEST WARWICK EDIT TODAY: Murder case of woman or man dead near Harris street 8 police 3 ambulances and 5 detectives Swat team also checking houses near me
This was a very helpful video! It was so easy to follow and I loved the visual effect with the maps. Can you do a video for other RI towns such as West Warwick (how is it different from Warwick?), Woonsocket, Lincoln, Cumberland etc.
I'm so glad you found it helpful. Yes--working on finding time to create more videos. I'm always happy to create a personalized video overview of areas for you that focus on a specific budget and/or specific needs. Reach out to me: jesspowers@brookegrouprealestate.com or text/call 401-227-3566
Things will never change. Democrat run and always will be. When politicians are corrupt, well always be one of the most expensive places to live thanks to the high taxes we pay today for the corruption and state employee giveaways
HA! You caught it!! I have a video editor that helps me and I had missed that when I approved the video but caught it after it was already posted. So far, you're the only one that pointed that out--good eye!! Other than that, hope you found the video helpful. Feel free to reach out if i can help!! My forte is in guiding folks through real estate transactions, the videos definitely are just a tool that I use!
I lived on Palace Ave in Warwick for a couple years. One of the neighborhoods T.F. Green airport didn't buy to level the houses. Just about every house near the airport has all had upgraded windows and wall mounted ac units to drown out the noise pollution. You get used to the noise after a little while. I currently live in Oakland Beach where i was born and raised. Air planes go I've my house all the time and it still isn't that bad with the noise. However Warwick has gotten pricey over the last few years to live. Certain sections are more affordable but not by much anymore. But IMO it still beats living in Providence! If you want rural living consider Coventry, Greenwich, Exeter for starters. Either way, Rhode Island is getting to be one of the worse states with taxes, rent and homes to buy. The roads all suck too. I've lived here 42 years and seen it all. Love my home state but can't wait to move up north.
I've been to Wickford. It's really cute. My mom, sister and I love to find nice towns with cute little shops and restaurants, nice little Main Streets, to spend a day in. This was one we loved.
Working on a Pawtucket video! Happy to jump on a call with you to discuss the market and areas that would match your budget + lifestyle! There's a lot to love about Pawtucket with Slater Park, the new train depot, and its proximity to Providence! Send me a text: 401-227-3566
We bought a place in warwick and depending which direction your home located the noise is not even there. After 1.5 year living there, maybe heard landing like 2 times
True. We lived for 12 years on Conimicut Point and you almost never hear airplane noise over there. The killer for us was having to carry flood insurance and being surrounded by an increasing number of rental houses. We bought a house in Governor Francis Farms in 2020 and absolutely love it here. It's a very well-kept and pretty area with friendly people. Plane noise is louder but not disruptive.
@@JessPowers we just live very rural. "Out in the sticks" as they say...... ours is a manufactured home. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. 1 and a half acre yard. 🤗 been here 2 years.
I live near the airport..I like watching the planes fly past my house as they prepare to land at the airport...if you aren't a fan of planes making noise..sometimes they also fly directly over my house after take off....there are other parts of the state to move to...
Hi! Feel free to send me an email & I'm happy to send you a video or set up a zoom chat! Most walkable would be Hope St, Fox Point and Wayland Av on the East Side of Pvd; Federal Hill & Armory District on the West End of Pvd. I have a couple videos that go over those areas!
