Thank you for a great podcast. Having honest sharing between the participants underscores the credibility of the name of this session. I recommend a listen.
😊I'm absolutely going to try it.. the bananas🍌 I don't know about... being diabetic bananas are not fun for your blood sugar... Is there some other fruit that would give this creaminess? 🎉 Thank you for teaching about smoothies
Dang I just tried this without the Dates, Cashews cos I forgot them and I used Almond Plain Milk. This was amazing !!!! I couldn't even taste the Kale. Many thanks. 🇺🇸💙
I was skeptical about this but I have to intake my greens. If it’s not lettuce I prefer to drink in. I gave it a try and it is amazing. It’s like having dessert for breakfast indeed. An amazingly awesome way to intake the kale. The ginger was magical. Only one thing; my shake was not as beautiful as the one in this video 😂 Thank you for sharing!
Omg the amount of people that said wash it 🤦♀️🤣 Yikes. Anyway, my issue is the measurement. I read the recipe and l was so excited bc you sound Australian but disappointed to find weird measurements. I'm absolutely doing this recipe bc it sounds freaking awesome but when you say a cup do you mean 200ml or 250ml?
This recipe makes two 16-ounce servings. The smoothie will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days without altering flavor. Store in a sealed container to reduce the oxidation.
I believe that what you are referring to appeared on an ad that I am not affiliated with at all. (I did not place ads on this video). So, I'm sorry, but I can't help you. Perhaps google it?
I have a bunch of kale growing in my garden I need to find something to do with I think Ill give this a try and see how it goes, bonus points if my wife or kid will drink it haha
Great video. Not too long not too short. The salad looks delicious and I can’t wait to try it out. I love the way you have lifted the traditional potato salad to a whole different level by adding a ton of veggies. Genius! 🥔🥒🫑🧅🥦🍋
love this video never get tired of it. I based my own potato salad recipee I am going to love my whole life, watched three video's from three different vegans on potato salad recipees you were the third one. It turned out like a proper cold salad that ferments over days with lots of b12 as I eat it over the week and just tastes better and better. I never knew how to make foods like that, that have sweet sour spicy etc all in one kind of flavor. thanks so much to all of you people who share food idea's with a world taught to work to buy food but not know what it is or how to make it. RU-vid has been a great tool in culture for the culturing of skills and knowledge when people use it that way :)
I cook some tofu, season it with onion, salt, braggs liquid aminos celery seed, little bit of sesame oil. You dont want it too dry or wet can use a tiny bit of tumric for color. Let cool add to salad dill is potato salad best friend also dill pickles
