Hi, it’s Marsha from Hazerswoude-Dorp, the Netherlands. Great to see a new video again. Love them! Also reading How not to age. Great to see some matching recipes😋
To add flavor and sweetness, try flavored balsamic vinegars (especially white ones). California Balsamic has an apple pie flavor that is amazing in ice cream with a sweet potato base! It was so good in the Fall! The recipe is from Lets Eats Plants: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wSzVLc-HIF8.htmlsi=oi4AuzTrezMdNR8c
Autophagy (pronounced Ah-toff-a-Jee) is also enhanced by the caloric reduction/time-restricted eating. It's kind of the way the Keto folks think they are offsetting the damage of meat/dairy/fat. I'm 66 in a few weeks, and feel better today by following a lot of the suggestions. I haven't read this book, but most of this is included in the WFPB lifestyle. Thanks, Jeremy!
As always such an informational video, and i cannot wait for next week videos, your cooking ones are always such a wonderful watch <3 PS: also love breakfast so i would never give that up 😏
Great video once again. I was on the fence between Dr Greger’s books on How not to diet, die or age so I ended up buying How not to diet along with his cookbook of the same name with the thoughts that they would all be similar to a certain degree. I have made quite a few of his recipes and some I have loved and others not so. I make up a big pot of Brol every now and then and use this for breakfasts and mix it up other days with something similar to your Oat breakfasts topped off with your Granola (love your granola recipe) your lunch sounded yummy in this video too. It’s winter here in Oz so it’s Instant Pot soup tonight and a clean out of the fridge. Thanks again.
Thanks Pauline! So glad you love our granola recipe. It's my biggest staple probably. I used to have BROL in my regular rotation too. Need to whip up a batch!!!
I always skip breakfast because I am not hungry in the morning. I cant believe I never put it together to eat a small dinner or skip dinner. Thank you!!!
Hello from Portland OR. My copy of How Not to Age is right here beside my computer screen. I ordered a hardback instead of a digital copy because it is handy reference book searchable through its index. Yes, I've used it quite a lot. It's also a fascinating read. It was the only real life book I had on hand during a terrible power outage we had last winter (no way to charge my phone, where my Kindle is). I read it all day under lots of blankets and with a flashlight when it was too dark.
Hi Jeremy, I love your channel it is very inspirational and wonderful guide to losing weight in a healthy way. I just saw a video from Rainbow plant life that their book Big Vegan Flavor is coming out soon. you should watch their video on the book. the way they have set the book up with how to create meals will interest you. I am looking forward to getting it.
I liked this video! I make overnight oats every week, about 5 bowls at a time. I use 25 gm rolled oats, 1 tablespoon each of ground flaxseed, chia seeds, oat bran, and cacao powder, 1/4 teaspoon each cinnamon, turmeric and ginger, 250 ml of almond milk. I microwave it for 4 minutes, add blueberries and strawberries on top (fresh or frozen), sprinkle a little stevia powder and it's ready. I love it, even in the summer. Thanks for this video!
Thank you, Jeremy. I learn from all your videos. I'm proud to be a member of PBwithJ. I've been vegan since '98, wfpb low/no sos since '21. Please continue! Sue Rockford,
Thanks for this! I have the book but have to finish How Not to Diet first (it’s a big one!) You might enjoy Dr Sarah Ballantyne’s book Nutrivore, a science-based look at nutritional density per calorie. (I’m not affiliated with her in any way, I just finished the book & found it interesting.) Coffee is very high on her list! 😁
I have the book and I still really enjoyed this video. These reminders keep me motivated. I met Dr. Greger a few months ago after hearing him speak in Rhode Island. ❤
Jeremy. Check out Will Harlow the over 50 physio..learned I've been doing several exercises wrong and his advice on sciatic nerve issues was life changing. I'm trying exercises I used to avoid because I can do them without hurting myself.
Hi, I like the style & color of the sandal Woolly is wearing, but I searched the entire Fitville site and did not see that particular sandal at all. I first searched women sandals, then searched all shoes to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks
