always find and speak with the mailman (mailperson) who spends the most time in a neighborhood other than the residents. they usually know a lot about the area.😊
Well … in some aspects. Renting can actually be better . Florida home owner insurance just went up 900% in some areas 400% across the board . My home owners insurance is about $1200 a year X 400% ? $4800! Property tax ? About $1700 . If some asshole moves in next door I’m stuck with the neighbor from hell . Average roof replacement is $7,500 , That along with any other maintenance. Everything ain’t always as it seems . Still I do see your point . Home ownership IMO is basically an investment that your kids either inherit , the bank ends up with or the government
Find something less expensive, pay off the bills, save the money for down-payment. Instead of screaming, focus to capacidade yourself to make more money. You can do it.

My Son’s home backs up to the National Forest. Soo beautiful! Retiring in March and moving to Olympia to be closer to family! Just needing a tiny home or cottage!
My wife and I are so grateful we bought in 2021 and have a rate under 3%. I have no idea how people are going to do it going forward. Something needs to be done about black rock buying up single family homes. Some kind of tax reform where corporations that own multiple properties pay a much higher rate of taxation than homesteaded families. Too bad all politicians sell out to their lobbyists and corporations Republicans and democrats alike
You guys, go do a fha with a bank(I went through New America Funding). We have temp jobs in our job history and credit score is 620. The lowest credit score they take is 580. Our mortgage with escrow is $1019/mo and out interest is 7%. The intestines rate has lowered to 6% in the United States so go try it. New American funding is the way to go for first tome buyers.

There is a huge different in debt to income ratio for a house loan vrs other types of credit along with your credit profile = together equals loan amount you qualify for. Posts like this are confusing to ppl. What I recommend to ppl is go to your own bank and apply for a loan to purchase your dwelling. This will let you know how much you qualify for and the status of your credit record. My bank did not charge for the application.
