this was quite informative, i didn’t know the origin of the name tumwater! it’s cool watching these videos because even as a native to the lacey area i wasn’t as familiar with tumwater!! i love that you featured the falls, i grew up always going there with family!

Yes! Tumwater is a normal size city with a small town vibe! Community, school district and food are amazing in Tumwater!

All houses are close to each other? Any homes with land?

In most of the Tumwater neighborhoods, homes are pretty close together, especially on Tumwater Hill. That being said, theres quite a few areas of Tumwater where you can find 1/4 acre or more of land! And in the surrounding areas, like Olympia, Tenino, or Rochester, you can definitely find spots that have 5+ acres! Theres really quite a few options! Let me know if you've got any other questions.
