You’re going to want to put some rubber grommets in the bolt holes on the actual bumper. This will give the mounting points a soft, flexible point of contact instead of a ridged solid mount. This will prevent cracking at the mounting points from vibration over time.

My dad had a 91 Toyota Supra Turbo, all original and he gave it to my brother who smoked the motor, bummer I wished I got it instead. I would still have it.
