This is my personal page where I post videos of songs I've written or wish I would have written. I also like to try and fix things myself so there might be a video about something I figured out that could help someone else.
Is there anything that does work on this model? I have one and it’s such a POS. It struggles to get below 50°. You’re lucky if the freezer will freeze anything. Now for some reason my fan was working I came home now the fan won’t run and I’m pretty sure the thermal breaker is bad now. Not sure why. It was working just before I brought it home from the campground.
@@whatfreedom7 we traded in our camper that had this model, otherwise not sure what issues we might have ran into. Got a newer camper so hopefully we shouldn't have any issues like that for a little while. 🤞
@@chancybernsonwe should too. I have not had this problem….. yet but there is some light discoloration at the bottom. I’d say eventually mine will do it too.
When I save a custom workout in the templates and try to reuse it again it starts on 2.5 speed & doesn’t change at all to what I did during the workout. Any idea how to fix it? Are you having same issue?. Great review btw, cheers!
Did the check light on the front of the fridge come on after igniting? I'm having a similar issue with my 2351. Mine will act like the pilot is lit and can feel warmth coming from exterior vents but the interior of the fridge does not cool. The check light on the front of the fridge never comes on. Thanks!
You might have something else going on. If you're feeling heat, there's got to be a flame. Just make sure you can see it lit. It usually took at least a whole day to get cold. If it's not getting cold at all, and you have a flame, I'm not sure what that could be.
@@RiffRock51 that's great to hear man. I'm trying to get back that way later in the year for a class. Came up in August last year for a week for a class.
I really don't remember. I just looked up the model of my camper and what replacement board it takes. It wasn't the exact board I took out, one very small difference but it was the replacement. Just make sure you get right board.
My total down time from work was 2 weeks. That's the minimum that they (LSI) will allow. I went back on light duty after 2 weeks. While on light duty, I continued wearing my back brace, my stretches and icing for the next month or so.
I’ve been having lower back problems for over 4 years now. Had a microdiscectomy on my L4/L5 and L5/S1 in December 2015. Surgery didn’t help at all. I’m considering laser surgery, any thoughts on this?
I can tell you just from my experience, if LSI says they can help you... I'd look into it. I have been back to see my surgeon about 2 years after my surgery because I had a bad flare up and thought I'd reinjured myself. I was thinking I'd probably have to have another surgery but it was just scar tissue and lack of core strength. He was straight forward with me and got me in to physical therapy to teach me the best exercises that pinpoint my problem are. I have tried to take extra care of my back/core with these certain exercises.
@@JBadalamente30 I had insurance through my company, which was still out of network with LSI. I think most insurance companies are. I had to pay $1000 up front, $250 for the initial consultation and the rest after I was approved by the surgeon. I also think I had to pay deductible for the MRI I got while there. As far as post surgical bills, I never received any. My insurance paid what was owed after my deductible, even though they were still out of network. At the time, I had United Healthcare.
Mainly right in the middle above my butt, but the stiffness affected both legs. The stiffness also seemed to pull me down more on my right side, at my waist. If I looked in the mirror, it looked like I just wasn't lining up right.
I have kind of the same feeling. My L5 , my work Comp doc said I need surgery. Of course I said no. After seeing this video I’m going to go through with it. I’m a little scary, never had stuff like this done, but I have all the same symptoms. I can’t take it anymore. One question. “ what is using the restroom like after surgery. Especially #2.”
I can tell you, from my experience, it was easier using the restroom after the surgery. I've been fortunate with my outcome, just hope others have the same experience. Don't get me wrong, it hasn't all been roses since my surgery. I have taken some physical therapy due to a bad flare up and/or scar tissue. I've just had to learn to strengthen my core and watch how I lift anything. It's still 100 times better than before my surgery though. I have degenerative discs so I will always have issues I believe.
Chancy Bernson yea I got one of those cushion things for the toilet seat. Before the MRI therapy told me I had a weak core. There telling me 3days in hospital 3 months off I think. Just the fact work Comp is doing it scares me more. But I hope that flare up settles bro. Man at first it was just back pain now it’s all through my left leg. Pain killers like crazy. I’m going to do one more physical therapy, but as much as I don’t want, I’m going to do the surgery.
The surgery that I had was at the Laser Spine Institute. Not sure if that's where you are talking about having yours at. The actual surgery only took a couple of hours and I left the facility that afternoon... Walking. I had to be there for 4 days but just because of appointments and other tests prior to the surgery. They did my surgery on a Thursday and my wife and I went home the next day.
Chancy Bernson I don’t think it’s going to be laxer. I live In Blythe ca. I have to drive to El Centro meet a doc that’s from San Diego. I’m guessing it will be at Alvarado hospital (same as my last name go figure) . Was thinking about a second opinion. I feel more comfortable going to Palm Desert since it’s a straight shot on the I10. The road to el central is horrible. Now I’m wondering if laser is better. Thanks for the feedback.
Im going thru the exact same thing and i go see the surgeon tomorrow. Listening to your story made me feel better about it. Im afraid if i get this surgery it's gonna make things worse and id have to keep getting surgery after surgery and rely on pain meds my whole life like i hear about with other prople. Listening to your story made me feel a whole lot better about this so i thank you for sharing and i hope you remain pain free cuz im very familiar with your pain brother believe me. It is not the average muscle strain, its a pain you cant find relief from. I to am confined to my floor except i cant lay on my nack i have to lay on my stomach with my leg pulled up beside me or kneeling over the couch.
I had the surgery on the 6th and im still recovering. I still have pain down my leg that doesnt seem to improve as the days go by that gets uncomfortable at times but no where near the pain i was going through.
I have a severe S1 herniation and a L4/L5 herniation.. Have been trying to get scheduled for surgery. Looking for a second opinion as they want to do open back surgery with cages, screws and plates. I am nearly crippled at 41 years old. 4 months of chronic pain is all I can handle but I will wait a little longer to make sure I take the proper course of treatment.
Always worth getting a second or even third opinion. Surely there's a better way other than pins and screws. It's all about quality of life. There's options out there, just have to find what's best for you. I wish you luck!
IMHO don't do the spinal fusion!!! My Wife 57yrs old is an RN of many yrs BTW & told me not to do it but I didn't listen because they lied & said I have a 50 percent chance of success. I believe the greedy bastard surgeon didn't/couldn't care less about me & was just after more money to line his pockets & was rude AF also. I have severe chronic lower back pain for 13yrs as of Aug 26th, 2018 & have had spinal fusion surgery on my L4 & L5 vertebrae. They said my surgery would be 50 percent successful, it actually made the pain a little worse & cost us a lot of money. I wish now I would have listened because it literally added more injury (pain) to the insult of the deceitful greedy little weasel bastard who should get a good old school ass kickin'!!! Please let me know if you get the laser spine surgery & if it helped. My pain Dr. & my Wife are against getting spinal laser surgery, they just don't believe it will help & will be another waste of time & money. Good luck & GOD Bless.
Sorry for the delay... I'm really not sure. I wouldn't think so because LSI is out of network with most insurance companies. But it's worth checking into.
hello gentlemen. i am from India, Kerala. i am gonna hav dis surgery in a week. my question is can you lead a normal life (like cycling, running, gym workout and sex) after the surgery ( i mean after the restrictions are over)? pls answer.
Gibin k e yes, I have been able to. There has been the presence of scar tissue from the surgery with minor setbacks. But, I've still been able to do those things.
I am same as you thinking about going for a surgery and I want you to tell me whether is a good choice to go for the surgery or not ? I am trying to avoid surgery but it’s not curing either ! And it’s been three months since . :(
Chancy Bernson NOW U GETTING 100 PERCENT RECOVERY BUDDY. CAN U SEND UR INSTAGRAM OR FB LINK.. I WANT TO TALK TO U.. BCZ I AM DEPRESSED FULLY BCZ OF L4 L5 DISC AND NERVE PAIN ON MY LEFT LEG
Hey bud how is your back now a year later ? I have herniated disks as well and am wanting to get this surgery done . How long were you off work and are you completely healed ?
Henry Rivet I am doing really well since the surgery. I still have 1 disc that's bulging. They operated on one that was herniated. I think the surgery was very successful. I still feel great and I am able to really do anything I want. If I lift anything, I just make sure I don't over do it and lift correctly.
Thanks for the reply..i had a discetomy of l4 l5 in 2014...i think I might of reherniated it....just thinking that laser surgery would be a better option. How long was the initial recovery?
James Hill the recovery was not bad at all... Had to miss 2 weeks of work after but felt great. They just don't release you back to even light duty for a minimum of 2 weeks. Went back to work after the 2 weeks. Incision healed great with no stitches, or pain. Stayed on the LSI recovery plan (stretches, no heavy lifting) for the whole time they recommended.
James Hill it is doing really good. I just passed a year on my surgery in July. It saved me I believe. I meant to post a 1 year video but forgot. I'm very active (camping, softball, golf, etc...) And can now do all of these things again.
I have neck herniated disk 2015 (Car accident ) , so much pain I got the laser surgery Feb 2016 , they cut the nerves, today February 15, 2017 , one year later, and has helped with the pain 90% , still feels a small pinch pain every few months , but not in pain 24/7 , So I recommend the laser surgery, It was quick, no scars, and it worked for me, The cost was about S20K, It was paid by the car insurance , so I am happy I did it
Thank you for the info. Please do 6 month updates here with the date of your update and let us know if it's permanent or not. That's what most people forget to tell others is that most nerves grow back and can cause the same pain again. I have severe chronic lower back pain for 13yrs as of Aug 26th, 2018 & have had spinal fusion surgery on my L4 & L5 vertebrae. They said my surgery would be 50 percent successful, it actually made the pain a little worse & cost us a lot of money. My pain Dr. & my Wife BTW who is a 57yr old RN are against getting spinal laser surgery, they just don't believe it will help & will be another waste of time & money. Good luck & GOD Bless. Show less
Alejandro Sanchez it was mainly in my lower back but it affected my legs too. I couldn't straighten them out due to the tightness from the pinched nerves. It was very painful to try and walk, sometimes almost impossible.
Alejandro Sanchez I wish you luck with that. the biggest thing is to follow the instructions after your surgery. the stretches/exercises and the restrictions are very important. I was not able to barely walk or do much of anything before my surgery. very depressed. I was walking 3 hours after my surgery with no more pain. changed my life!
That was such an awesome job Chancy!!! So beautiful!!! I just gave your video a thumbs up :D If you can, (you do not have to) could you also possibly check out my channel? I do acoustic ukulele/guitar covers and I've played in-front of Jake Shimabukuro :D
