You own the house and the land and the land office will hold the land title for your house for up to 90 years for you. You also have the right to sell it at anytime you want. So it is a win in my book 👍
Hi Cooper! Just for your information, the new ETA for Thailand is only for tourists coming in on a (60 days) visa exemption. It`s not for other category visas. There was information on that while you were on your cruise. Have a nice day!
You forgot to mention that there isn't any markets, 711 or big c in walking distance. The condo is on a dangerous highway so traveling anywhere is a mission and its a 30 minute journey if you want to visit the closest market/711 or big c. And, price is way to high for Thailand. I'd rather buy somewhere like cc condo for 2million baht.
There’s a penthouse at the Northshore Pattaya project close to Beach Road in Soi 5 with spectacular views over Pattaya Beach. The size is 954 sqm and it’s located on the 29th floor. Been for sale for years for a whopping price of THB 350.000.000. Seem to be way overpriced looking at cost of more than THB 366.000 per sqm. Looks great though.
Please ask your real estate friend to ether buy a pair of new pants with more room to accommodate his private parts as he seams to be busting out. Both my young daughters have commented on his fly…… 😊
Like your channel, but PLEASE can you stop saying Trump is "pro-crypto"; he is just saying what he thinks young male voters want to hear. Jamie Dimon, Trump's rumored treasury pick, also jumps on and off the Bitcoin bandwagon when it suits him (when prices surge, he's all of a sudden a Moonboy). Just wait until a bunch of whales (or small governments) unload their bags- like they always do-- and Bitcoin crashes- like it always does... Trump and Dimon will change their tune. A Harris administration would actually be better for Bitcoin as she is pushing for common sense SEC regulation that will increase stability and mass adoption. If you want your Hoddled Bitcoin to Moon in a sustainable way, Harris is your only way to go. If you want instability and sudden crashes, vote Trump. Peace.
I really want Harris to come out in Favor of btc. As I’ve said many times I’m Independent. So I will be voting for RFK JR. he is the most pro crypto candidate. 👍

I gave this place consideration before choosing Dusit. I kind of like the color schemes, etc. The location is real good, right on the baht bus route & seemingly close to 7-11s & other necessary shopping options. That 1st unit looks like the bedroom sqft cuts into the living room sqft, so. I guess it depends which room is more important to you. Everything looks good, tho the fridge is miniscule.
