I'm undergoing my own transformation and you've found me at a time where I'm starting to help others too.
In my mid 40s I changed my life; losing 42lbs in weight (so far); becoming physically fitter; training as a yoga teacher & completely changing careers. It took a lot of work, but the change is like I flicked a switch and turned the light on. My attitude, outlook and behaviours are different. I've grown stronger (mentally and physically), I've released old patterns that limited me. I got tired of playing small and I made the changes I needed to make to grow. The result is, I couldn't be happier!
If I can do it, so can you and through my yoga classes & workshops, I help my students with the belief and the 'how'.
I'm still working on my own glow up, I'm not 'done' yet but now you've found me, you can glow up along with me!

thanks for the video - very helpful. I've read that the sea is a little 'murky' yet absolutely fine - seaweed under foot etc., and a step down. Can you tell me anymore or your feelings about it, please? How deep is it once you step down etc.?
Hi AJ, we didn’t actually go into the sea to swim, only to use a speedboat/ inflatable sofa ride so I can’t comment on that but if you stay at Dreams Resort there’s a swimming pool right next to the sea that is nice
