One of these belts probably saved my life , literally. Once you get control of the pain a bit you have to fix the weak muscles causing the problems. If it’s sore it’s not tight it’s weak . Work it. Stretching a weak muscle feels good then gets worse. Work it make it strong and then stretch it. Good luck

Hello Sylvia, Yes several of my students have some bone loss. Overall I say my classes are methodical and safe for Osteo, asymmetric hips, and back care. In a class I typically will inform my viewers if they need to take caution in any pose. Thanks for asking. Glad you liked the class. PS. if your hips tend to be unstable avoid putting your foot on the block in warrior 2.🙂

Hi Anna, Good question. I don’t have direct experience with that. However, you could do an experiment if you have an anterior pelvic tilt where the belt lower on your sacrum, if you have a posterior tilt where it higher up to also support lumbar five. Think of the belt as support to help you train your muscles and facia around your sacrum. Keep me posted! Namaste.
Do you address the specifics of mouth taping in your course? I took it, and I think you did, but I can't recall which lesson it might have been in. I want to give it a try. Thank you.
Hi - yes you can tape your mouth. stat by taping it during the day so you get used to keeping your mouth closed. The tape does not need to be big an inch square or so can work. You can also search RU-vid for mouth taping with James Nestor for more description. Let me know how it goes!
@@LillahSchwartz thank you. I also checked the Oxygen Advantage website and bought their myotape. It looked like a good option to help with any anxiety. I will start with daytime taping as you suggest.
