As a human, your first instinct upon entering a dark room is to switch the light on to see everything well unless there's no electricity at all. But obviously there is electricity. This is pathetically stupid, unrealistic, shallow, not far from all the other stupid movies, who keeps it dark just to make it scary. Same old lame concept of jumpscares from the dark. Same old concept of I D I O T characters who wanders in the dark calling names, when you should be quiet and watch what danger lurks. That is why I'm a fan of psychological horror genre. Movies with depth and mysterious concept that will leave you disturbed. Whoever made this, please grow up!!! 😝

Best national Alert ever. Tell unclear, make people curious with instruction like "Do not look at the moon !". W d F ! 50% people must try it right after hearing that Alert. At least, they should add some explanation like "There is hazard radiation, particle, ray, bla, bla so you must stay indoor and avoid eyes contact with the sky for your own health and family". See ! It's even shorter than whole messenger of repetitive "Do not look at the moon !!!" but still more clear. Moreover, the alert only raised tension and make people stress out because of its unclear. Add some reassures pls. I guess those people was been moon struck in the midnight because they hear that national alert 😂
Having recently watched 29: Day 2 and CTU: Provo, it's awesome seeing how far you've come with doing VFX. Especially since you largely taught yourself in the beginning. Super cool!

Hearing the evolution of Caleb's work over the years from other your other work has been really fun to notice as I've watched everything recently. So freaking cool!
I love kid actors! They're often waaaay scarier than adults in horror movies lol. Audrey was so adorable in this, and she did such an awesome job. I loved Shona in this, too, and I loved how her and Jono worked together in this.
I've been catching up on all the work you guys have done and it's so cool seeing familiar names throughout. I understand in the beginning, Alan, where you mentioned that you feel like you use people for your own obsession with movies. That could very well be the case, sure. Yet, it's really cool that you clearly have a core group of people that you've developed solid friendships with over time and continue to work with them.
Just realized that I forgot to comment on this. This was my second time watching this, and I still freaking jumped at the main jump scare. Also, I would have been totally screwed because I am that person who goes, "Oh, look at the moon!" Lol. This was fun!
The amount of work you guys put into CTU: Provo was phenomenal. To be able to do all of this on such an itty-bitty budget, literal money bags included, was impressive as hell. I'm sure there are things that you guys see which could have been done better in hindsight, but you guys should totally pride in all of this. Excellent work!
Okay, so I'm now commenting after my third time watching this. This time was even better since I finally have context of the first five seasons of 24 as well as the previous two films that came before this one lol. Absolutely love all of this! I lost track of all the references being made, and it was so much fun seeing a Don Quixote-like hero in this. You can tell you guys were having fun, and I absolutely love that this will forever be a memory for everyone involved. Off to check out all the bonus stuff now!
Holy crap, you two really beat the crap out of each other here lol. I wondered about that while watching the movie. Seriously, when you guys wake up in pain, do you look back at this and go, "Ah, yes, that makes sense."? This was super fun to watch! Love seeing all the behind the scenes, as well as the premiere night. These are such awesome memories for you guys to have.
Just finished season 5 of 24 today and watched this immediately afterwards. I just... I can't haha. This was so damn cheesy, but so damn fun at the same time. I absolutely loved this lol.
7:29 "Hi! We're contacting you about your car's extended warranty...." 10:18 was that a satellite? Ive seen people randomly spotting satellites when pointing telescopes etc at the Moon (there's plenty up there, do it's not as rare as it used to be).
As someone who has a moon window on my roof in my living room and den, this bodes ill on my family if the moon ever........decided to.......correct us.
It was tense until I saw the husband's eyes. Then all I could think about was Christopher Lloyd from Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Kind of lost the feel at that point.
