@@theaffliction21 Now I have to ask another question, what abrasive granulation is enough for this application? I mean for flat surfaces for hydraulic pumps and motors.
@@deviantan021 some PSA silicon carbide paper , granulation depends how much material needs to be removed. I believe there are diamond lapping plates as well but they only make them so big

A video of this waterjet doesn't even compare to the sounds and mist you feel standing beside it! It is exactly what we need to cut our attachment parts to manufacture inhouse.
Came with an acquisition (TRK Attachments) and is a popular product. Lifco began developing a hydraulic coupler last winter but our progress was slow and it ended up on the backburner. Could make for some interesting content though. We will see if we can get a video of how far we got and some of the challenges remaining.

The number of shippers who dont bag their motors is shocking. Just chuck it loose in a box, with 4-8in on any side, maybe with some paper wadded up and paper tape....then blame the shiiping company when it smashes through the bottom or tears the entire box apart like a methed up toddler on xmas, while leaking oil everygoddamnwhere. Use a thick box just larger then the drive shaft, bag it, wrapp the bags opening around the drive shaft's end tape it shut with packing tape and throw a x over the point the drive shaft WIll smash the side of the box. Your motor will get there safe. Thats how i repackage them when shippers do it wrong.
