I had read about wave soaring in hang gliders, but this is the first time I see on video! Absolutely beautiful. Now I'm curious if there's a way to get up there without engine too.

Was für ein toller Film und Flug. Ich habe ihn in meinem RU-vid Speicher. Das müsste jetzt nur noch elektrisch und in einem Tandem Cockpit möglich sein. Wie lange das wohl noch dauert?

Wahnsinn, was für ein traumhaftes Unterfangen! So etwas in der Art will ich auch einmal machen. Ich würde aber am liebsten die Variante mit Stick (die ja kommen soll, oder schon da ist?) fliegen, damit ich a) keine Stange vor der Nase habe und b) es vielleicht noch etwas wärmer in der Nußschale ist. Wie siehst du das, würdest du das auch bevorzugen, wenn du wählen könntest?
Nun, die Frage stellt sich nicht mehr. Eine Variante mit Stick wird es nicht geben. Der Silent Glider von helmut großklaus wird überhaupt nicht mehr gebaut.
