That knuckle is going to have to be replaced. You need a tapered seat drill bit for those tie rods. They seat on the shank (bare) part and thats what steers you. Just drilling it will allow it to spin in the seat and woller it out or loosen a non-castle nut.

I thought you sold the fatsun or burned it for insurance money. I am very happy you didn't :)
