Great if you want a theory lesson. Horrible if you'd like some examples of actual training drills. I'm not saying there is no value here, but its the same repeated theme of at least 3 of your video's I've seen. Your title implies you'll provide actually training examples.

Used a tennis ball a lot as a kid as that was only ball allowed in school playground. Also would practice in the garage at home with a tennis ball, less chance of breaking stuff.
