Never a full bucket …. A John Deere 1025r would have been… it costs more by needing to do double the work… still spend the money on buying the right tractor the first time…
Approximately that time frame. But, we had a higher than average rain over the summer which caused some issues. I also bug them up earlier that I would have liked due to a storm forecasted.
Honestly we didn’t find that much. Few random coins… one mouse hole the previous owners plugged. We were prepared for a lot more surprises in a almost 50 year old kitchen

This work is important for a good foundation. Behind the walls and under the floor are just as important as the finished look, however: are often overlooked or not thought of in the process of correctly finishing. Great job! I cannot wait to see the tile and the kitchen finished.
Your garden puts mine to shame following for tips and ideas. I hesitate to try new things in the garden, maybe that is why I get lazy with it, that is a lot of work. Is it bad that I am looking at the imperfections too, with that I know you are normal. Impressive work
