I want the recipe to bake it for my bf who's from Curitiba. I googled and found several recipes but all they have so many different amount of ingredients and I feel not sure it goes well. (I've never baked this one but I have enough experience of baking.) After I kept searching the recipe, now I'm here. This recipe looks perfect. I'm so excited to bake this tomorrow.
Why is there 70's porn music playing? 😯 I will never look at nutella the same way again. No not cause of the music silly but because of what ir was just used for. I can sit there with a Spoon and biggest container of nutella and eat the whole thing in 1 sitting... Infact add Mtn. Dew as your wash down and you have the equivalent to meth lol. Why did it take me 2 yrs to see this?? Makin this sh&t today. Thanx 70s porn watcher 👍👍👍
It seems so easy, I don't see where I could be going wrong. I am using full fat milk, a thermometer to 120°f, and following the steps precisely. The only deviation is making a half recipe but the milk is hardly curdling. Nothing like yours. I tried adding more vinegar and letting it sit for an additional 30 min but still disappointing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
If you are using ultra pasteurised milk (UHT ultra heat treated), it won't work. Just use regular cold pasteurised whole milk. I did it and it worked perfectly.
I'm def going to try this! I bought some cottage cheese not too long ago and didn't look at the label. OMG I wasn't sure what all I was eating! This looks clean and easy to make.
It needs black pepper, and it also needs to be cleaned before you got started (is it an American tradition to not clean your meats before cooking)and please enough of the bacteria talk😱🙄😳
Thank you for this recipe, I'm adding onion powder to the mix. I bet it's going to be so good. Also instead of pork I did boneless, skinless chicken thighs
