What if I’m broke and so I can’t buy a blender or the xantham gum to thicken up this bottle of body lotion that I just bought and received two days ago from eBay? I thought about contacting the seller to ask them why the product is so watered down like this? I do have a smaller bottle that’s thicker from the hospital so now after watching this video I guess the only way I could thicken the new bottle of body lotion is to add some of the lotion from the small bottle. Does anyone think that will work or not? Thank you 😊
Thanks for the video! Would xanthan gum also work for a lotion that has separated? I have some that I fortify with extra olive oil, which I can just shake the bottle and it holds for a very long time. I had a bottle I like to save for summer (nice summer scent) and this summer it had separated, and when I shake it it is very watery and separates again pretty quickly.
Help! I couldn't find your video again when I needed to thicken my lotion, and I put the Xanthem Gum in all at once, which made it sticky like slime. Is there any way I can fix it? Can I use distilled water to fix it?
Hey, Great Video! However, I was wondering if you could help me tell which gelling agent is used in manufacturing air gel fresheners. Most of the online videos are DIY which use Gelatine, which maybe suitable for indoors, but I am looking for commercial purposes. I am looking at the viscosity level as of My Shaldan (Air Gel Brand) or Areon Gel. Would suggest that you check these products before you share your insights pls as I have been looking for an accurate response from quite sometime. Looking for a quick response 😊
I would like to make a formulation with essential oils and hydrosol. Can you use the Acacia Gum powder without heating the Hydrosol? . Heating the hydrosol would ruin it
You are very good at explaining this! I'm going to try today. I have two questions after watching: Can you explain dried vs fresh flowers for this and oil infusion vs glycerin for flowers when used on face?
