Just a question from someone who has love/hate relationship with chicken. Isn’t it easier to cook chicken if it’s thinner? Does it cook thru? I always burn my chicken from the fear of leaving it raw, as always love your videos.
🍁🧡🍁 Hello Bekah! 49 days until Autumn. This was such a relaxed and cozy episode. Your dinner looks so delicious and so beautifully plated. I do love squash and making a Mexican squash soup called Caldo de Calabecitas. Had a great harvest of jalapeno & serrano peppers, most of which I pickled. I am so excited for Autumn to arrive. I have essentially the same squash casserole recipe. Perfect for Summer. I use Ritz crackers on top and have never tried the chips but I bet that would be delicious! I’ll have to try that!

I will try the squash casserole it looks yummy! My mom used to make fried squash which was very good! Flour salt pepper egg!’ Cut them in rounds and dip them in the flour mixture and fry.
