Happy autumn day to you Becca, I needed this calmness today by watching you and your beautiful farmhouse home and the way you present your videos is so relaxing and calming, on Labor Day my older sister went to heaven and there has been a quietness come over me and a sadness but it’s not that I was crying all the time the Bible says that God collects our tears in a bottle as prayers, So I had tears flowing last week in a sense of sadness and joy that my sister is no longer in pain and no longer bedridden but she’s walking the streets of gold with Jesus and our family members and her friends. I’m sitting here watching your video and it’s caused a sense of calmness all around me and I appreciate your soft spoken voice and the quietness that you bring about within your videos and your children in the background and the way you prepare food and decorate is so refreshing when you need to have a moment and that is the joy I’m receiving today. And yes autumn is a Time of change, the beautiful green leaves and flowers turn colors and it’s like God has taken his paint brush and painted the leaves and shows his children that change of season is good. I am so glad that I stopped by for an autumn visit with you because this season has changed in my life and I am embracing it and today was my day for that change

Thank you for sharing these recipes with all of us! And for me especially the Fireside Tonic! For about the last year and more recently since I turned 50, I'm looking for healthier ways to stay well. I'm not so much on taking OTC things anymore, but for making things like this where I know exactly what's in what I'm using, making, eating. Everything looks so delicious and healthy! Bekah, I always feel so comforted after spending time with you. I want to cook in your kitchen, love on the kids and kitties, walk through your gardens and play with the chickens. It's almost how I feel after a really good church service. Spirit renewed, thankful to face another day and all that goes with being a homemaker now for 50 years. That fire concoction looks amazing and we will be making that as the entire family has struggled with respiratory problems this summer. The DIL is sick again with four littles. Winter tonic: 1 red onion, 4 cloves garlic,2 finger size ginger,1 whole jalapeño,fill to top with apple cedar vinager** let sit cool dark place for 4 weeks then strain. Refrigerate

Here's a tip for ya on your fire cider. Since it's strained at the end of the processing, you don't HAVE to peel your items unless its important to ya on how it looks. There's actually some healthy things on the skins, especially the ginger. Just a thought.😊I am fixing to strain mine. It's been sitting a couple of months. I forgot about it! LOL I add all kinds of other things too from rosemary, elderberry.....it's literally like a soup....you can add what you want. Now you got me wanting to make applesauce!🤤🍎 Happy Autumn Equinox/ Mabon week!

🍁🍂🍁 Hello Bekah. Autumn is 1 day & a few hours away and I just finished watching this beautiful Autumn episode. My family and I had a wonderful time on the western slope of Colorado. Picked apples & peaches and visited old friends. Your fire cider is definitely something I wanna make for us. One of my grandmothers makes something similar but she won't share her recipe. Dinner looked so hearty and comforting. Thank you for another warm visit to your home. Another year is coming to an end but not before we enjoy Autumn! Big Hugs!!!❤

Beautiful video as always. Bekah could you post the full recipe for the night dinner. I was able to follow along till the end. At first I thought that potatoes were being put in then I thought I could see the little stem ends so then I didn’t know if it was apples now or a mix 🤦‍♀️!
