use penetrating fluid if doesn't work torch it or else otherwise cut worn-out bearing

The alignment tensioner, how tight do you tighten it? Like snug or more than that?

For locking collar just use Allen wrench for set screw the use chesil to remove that locking collar. And, to pull out bearing use Jaw Puller. Thanks for your question
