So the harness I got comes with one for the long white one, but not the green one, mine had keyless entry before, but not anymore(old owner took it out), I’m trying to put a Boss audio radio in it, but I can’t figure out what the green connector is for
I'm not sure what else I could have shown you. It wasn't meant to be a tutorial but just a review to see if it worked. I showed how to mask off and what to use first. The cans are labeled. The only thing I didn't show is me rubbing with the towel which is impossible while holding the phone.
Hey Juan I actually used it at least 3 times. I think I still have some. Just make sure you use the clear coat if you want it to last longer. After the first time I didn't use clearcoat because I knew I could just spray and wipe them quicker without having to tape everything off. I used a 3m kit recently and I'll be uploading a video soon.
It still works but maybe a month ago it just started to have to be charged sooner. If I have the remote just sitting and not using it for too long, the home light will go to sleep and if you press it to go back on it just blinks. If you put it back on the charger for a few minutes it works again. However I made this video in 2017 so it's been over 3 years. Well worth the month. I'm actually going to buy another one of the exact type when it dies completely.
what does the module does I got a civic 96 ex 5 speed and I want to put a bluetooth connected in the back and hopefully the remote for doors will work again
As long as people were able to benefit from watching this video, that's all that matters. Every car repair or mod I've ever made, I did the video while making the repair for the first time and just figuring it out.
I was having so much difficulty with that damn mount, I didn't know it was two pieces, wasn't even mentioned in the manual that came with it. I'm giving up on the damn factory unit
@@corneliushardy6629 yeah, this 96 Civic is my first car, sadly, I couldn't figure out how to get that factory radio in, might try later, but it was really getting on my nerves, but the video did help, thanks!

I have a 98 civic. Radio looks like yours with keyless entry but its a dx with Manual windows and no power lock. I tried pairing keyless remote but it didn’t work. Can i just use harness with one connection instead of the one with two conectors??
Hi. Thanks for watching. I just downloaded Krita, and he pen seems to work fine. Maybe something is wrong with your pen, or the software. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling. Test it with One Note, and other programs and see if it works.
@@cr8zblackguy ah.. Very unfortunate is only krita and that makes me sad since im use to the advance functions, i will try to reinstall it when i get in an area with wifi and i will let you know how it works, Thank you for your time to reply!
Thanks for review. I have sun film on my windshield so I will put mine in the dash until I can get a rear view mirror connector. I am going to attach to the dash with the picture hook tape that comes off cleanly
I just install it and I actually used the sticky pad supplied and stuck it to the back of the rear view mirror. I took it out for a test drive and it held up good
Thanks man.. I didn't know how to get to the rear hose with that angle...I was about to take off the stabilizer bar... TAKING OFF THE FUSE BOX..saved me time and a headache. Cheers!
It's better than my S7 for sure. I'm still using it as a daily past the one week. I do still need my Windows phone for some stuff, or laptop if that isn't nearby, but I'm surviving for the most part. I signed up for the Samsung financing and plan so I can just switch it out every 12 months.
I apologize I didn't do a second video. I still use it. It works great. It takes just a few hours to charge. They are good for a day of gaming though. My main remote usually just sits on the couch until the next time I play and it's still good. it's worth the money.
why did you take everything off? why didn't you just pull the stock deck, swap it and call it? pulling the glove box and other panels didn't make sense to me.
