Just bought this grill from a person on marketplace. What I’m not liking is that I’m not getting much of a smoke flavor out of the grill. I’m using mesquite pellets too. What am I doing wrong? I like heavy smoke flavor.
@@robertm8578 a 1/4 of red orange and yellow bell peppers 3 cloves of garlic 1 shallot 3/4 cup of parsley 1/4cup cilantro 1/2 cup of olive oil and 2tbs of red wine vinegar salt pepper
