Hey mate, did you end up working this out? I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my 20M4 which uses the same PSU. I'm also getting -23v on the -15 line even when the PSU is unplugged. Cheers
will lowering the latency also improve the cpu usage ? right now for me not lowering the latency the cpu usage for banana voicemeeter it stands at around 60% usage for my cpu
THANK YOU SO MUCH, your video wasnt exactly my problem, but it helped me find the issue, i messed with some audio apps and for some reason changing the buffering in voicemeeter did nothing ,but after making all the main outs have "allow apps to exclusive access on the device" setting marked, it worked.
Does anyone know if there is an updated tutorial with Windows 11? I can't replicate this with the new sound setting interface. The latency is unusable with VoiceMeeter until I figure this thing out.
Hi, it works for me but there is still a lil bit delay which really annoys me. Btw, how can I change the engine mode to swift and the WDM Input Exclusive Mode to Swift? I cannot coz it says here that I need to disable the WDM Input Exclusive mode. Idk, I'm just new to this. I hope you can help. Thanks
you're not lowering the latency you're syncing the feeds you can do this by adjusting the MS value latency on your divices avg latency diffrence can be around 30 to 100ms optical have the best low latency The sample rate being as low as possble increases your latency but can cause distrotion if your soundcard isn't good
Thanks for the help thus far! A question, I cannot enable Engine Mode nor WDM Input Exclusive Mode. Both are faded out and when I try to select, this notice pops up, "WDM Expert Options: These options are disabled. Engline Mode must stay NORMAL. WDM Input Exclusive mode must de disabled." Any tips to enable?
helped a decent bit output is at 160 and my mic and browser source is at 528 and the big one was my oculus quest going from 1024 to 480. couldnt use mme exclusivity mode in vr but outisde id have a solid 80 for browser and mic.. hopefully when my new pc gets built latency will be wayyy better
No, lower latency does not require MORE cpu but does require your cpu to have no other things to do and the faster the cpu the more likely it is that you can use lower values.
Thank you! I've been trying to stream Ableton Live sessions, but the latency made it impossible to play instruments live. This helped eliminate nearly all of the latency issues.
Is there another software alternative that has really low latency? My mum's using a USB mic to mix with PC audio to record karaoke. The mic latency is about 0.5 seconds off the music even after following every guide possible for voicemeeter potato.
@@RamonSmits delaying the audio playback to match the recorded mic delay will make live singing impossible, I assume. I installed ASIO but it didn't bring up any other options. We have wmd and ks
Do they have a save config file where I can just copy and paste LMFAOOOO also can some one plz help me with this with my setup it’ll be beyond thankful no cap 🧢 if anything dm me if possible I’ll send my discord
Thanks a lot i can think less about the delay and it'll really help me in osu!, cuz i stream as well. thanks a lot, the buffer size is 80 soooo thanks a lot again.
Latency absolutely improved...Thank you so very much. just the quality is not improving, as its using intellipan and stuff it's giving a bit closed sound, whereas when I record with reaper, it gave me better audio. that's the only issue now
I wish this or at least some software would allow for automated latency adjustments!!! So annoying when you can visually see(and hear) the latency but need to adjust the Synchro Delay in milliseconds, when I feel like a computerized automation tool could get monitor these levels and self-adjust without the need for all these setting changes done by the user. Second issue is my sync looses focus or gets lost and every few hours needs a readjustment as much as 100+ milliseconds, where again an automated tool could save me so much hassles here! So first a tool that just monitors the sound level bars, or even another tool to calculate a delay using a microphone placed between two devices playing for example a few tones and it could tell you how much of a delay is added in by the microphone recording... Ex: 1000ms tone played, mic hears 1100ms tone, so can inform the user that one of the speakers is adding 100ms so need to make a 100ms adjustment. Simple, right?
a was readying myself to fix audio n struggle but all i had to do is change my audi from 44100hz to 48000hz and make everything else match it thanks alot for the tip il make sure to tell everyone i know whos experiencing this to go to this channel <3
Thanks for this. It worked amazingly for me, after years of messing with the settings now I have a near zero latency and it's incredible to use this software again
Games are difficult because they compete for CPU resources together with the audio engine. Do you have latency issues when you do not use voice meeter?
