The factory gauge is pretty vague. The gauge will sit around halfway but will barely move between around 80 and 110 degrees. Encourage and aftermarket gauge if you want to keep an eye on things.
the Adrad radiators cost more for a reason. Been running one in my 80 now for a number of years and zero cooling issues. Be sure to use the toyota red coolant as well and you'll be good to go
Amazing car, amazing built. I wouldn't colour matched the bumpers and sliders. With black wheels and tyres, black snorkel, black roof rack, black spotties and all. A traditional black bumper would be a better combo in my humble opinion. At the end of the day though, it ain't my 4wd so all i can do is comment😃
These are from brooksy bar work. We can supply a set raw, powdercoated or painted. Their easily the strongest slider and highest grade tube available. Plus you can actually use it as a side step too.
Hi Aaron for a build to this spec you would be looking in the area of 200k (not including LC) there is room for movement on this as it is a very custom platform check out our summit series website www.summitseries.com.au/ - please get in contact if you have more question - info@pinnacle4x4.com.au or give us a call (07) 3808 4200 thanks
We have them on 200's, 300's and 79's so far and zero wind noise, our 80 had one on it and zero wind noise with the roof top tent on, now with the pod removed on the same set up is very bad wind noise, can't wait to put the pod back on to make it silent again!
Hey guys awesome built. Well done on the effort and quality. Im interested to know what the UHF hand piece bracket under the AC vent is? Is this an off the shelf product? Cheers
Great video. I've had problems with aftermarket radiators on many different types of cars and trucks over the years. Sometimes they're fantastic and sometimes even though they look the same on the outside they just don't perform.
Hi Michael this is our Zennith Light pod with 6 Light force strikers in it. They are avalible for purchase you can email us at info@pinnacle4x4.com.au or send a msg on facebook and we can get an order out to you.
Great attention to detail avross the whole build. Great to see a vehicle fitout company doing such great work locally but not just going for the mainstream bolt ons. Like the rear table.
Epic build alright... pretty close to my dream set up. In my opinion you guys have nailed it. Just need to be able to afford a 76, and I'll send be sending your way.. Maybe a second hand one will be the go..
