Welcome! to CarAudio.etc The channel where I try and upload videos about as much car audio stuff as I can with the intention of informing DIY installers of helpful tips, giving my opinions on gear, and if nothing else entertaining and showcasing my favourite sound systems that I have installed. I welcome questions and try to answer as many of them as I can. If you are passionate about car audio and clean, careful installation, SUBSCRIBE because this is the channel for you.
It's a bit annoying that's the parking sensors block 30% of the screen. The video should show a bit smaller to show the whole camera area on your back.
Very good work! My congratulations. Sorry for my bad English. But I have a doubt. I have a silver Macintosh that is all in one. I have installed 2din radio where the air, and now I don't have red lighting. Everything works, but I'm missing lighting. Do you know what cable it is? I have reviewed 14-pin schematics but I think I am missing some cables, or they are incorrectly placed. Could you help me? thank you so much!!

Hi, I have a 2004 XC90 2.5T and recently installed the Hizpo Android Auto unit from AliExpress. However, I encountered two issues: No sound from all left-side speakers. The parking assistant sounds do not beep. After reading the comments, I believe I need to move the pin connector to a different position to solve the first issue. Is this the correct approach? For the second issue, it seems I need to install an additional speaker for the parking assistant sounds. Can you provide a video or instructions on how to connect this speaker? Thank you!
EPIC FAIL: dude just installed 4Ω system, but factory McIntosh system was 8Ω, thats why result is not good enough, its should be complete multimedia replace.
I just want to say thank you for the video. You inspired me to purchase the t1s2. And i did a parcel tray install. So thanks for verifying that this thing sounds amazing. Here is what you inspired from me. Rockford Fosgate T1S2 10” install into Audi RS3 8V ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qkY1Io38us4.html
Brother! Let me tell you. All other videos weren't this informative. Job well done. I was working on this for the past three weeks. You saved the day. Thank you!
My mate has the e53 with dsp amp, once wired up aftermarket radio everything work radio end but no sound as the dsp amp isn’t powering up, anyway to bypass it so it comes on with ignition without original harness for nav radio?
I'd like to improve the theory the importance of the car speakers "in phase" situation. What you're talking about is just the 180 degree phase. So called polarity. Each speaker in the car system isn't in the same distance from the ears of the listener. Which causes the variety of phase shifts. So yes, all speakers need to be phased, and not just polarised
You can fin the test tone as "1khz tone" in RU-vid, I would recommend you to do a research for a reliable RU-vid audio downloader, whey you download the 1 khz test tone, play it from your device, it could be aux, Bluetooth or usb into your head unit plugged to your amplifier but your speakers unplugged, remember to set your eq flat, no bass from the head unit and start setting the volume up while checking for clipping indicator in the amp
But remember, check the 1khz tune just for the head unit with the amp gain set to the minimum. Once the max head unit volume with no clipping has set, with the same 1khz test tone and the volume set in your head unit you can start turning up the gain set until reaches the clipping light red then turn down a bit til turn blue, same process with each channel. And you are ready to go man
Finally, when you get all set, turn down the volume in your head unit, turn off and plug in the speakers, turn on back your head unit, stream any song and check if there is any distortion, if it is I would recommend you to set up your amp gain just a little bit almost nothing, when you can play any song free from distortion now You can start tuning the audio from the head unit, if for some reason you don't like you can tune from amp Frequency or amp punch eq, any questions let me know!
I’ll be honest i only heat shrink and electrical tape my wiring but this is just for me. If I pay money to a pro to install my stereo. I want it to look pro
You should cut that out and let the RC 80s be shown because if you don't it's gonna end up tearing your RC A's up by wiggling I'm round and bouncing up and down on them anyway
