these companies just ruined the whole experience of card trading for profit and nothing more than that. Let's call a spade a spade, we as a world are just retards and impatient. We now have resorted to just cutting to the chase to just scanning boxes and packs now to see if there is anything valuable inside instead of opening boxes and packs for the thrill and chase!
crazy they havent caught these guys...hopefully they make a mistake and try to sell them to someone that knows whats up...i think its highly unlikely at this point
Why are you mad at people for wanting to do this, and not these horrific companies running unregulated gambling schemes targeted at young people?!?! Blind boxes of all sorts should have always been illegal, and especially now that it has also infected digital platforms as well where it's even less regulated.
on the app, It says squishypinkstuff is on vacation and their shop will reopen soon. Also the tracking comes back as invalid. The user should definitely contact law enforcement about the swatting threat. Also someone get the scammers name and post it
If you’re “auctioning” off things and telling people they have a chance to get something like money or a ps5 in their order if they buy them now then by definition that’s a lottery or casino…which is super illegal. You could actually file a lawsuit against Whatnot and it’d be fairly easy to win given the plethora of video evidence. Incentivizing people to buy things with promises of a chance to win something else is not a scam, it’s against the law if certain things aren’t done. I can guarantee these sellers haven’t done those things.
Jeez, man. 500 packs and only one gold?!?! You'd think they're made of actual gold at that pull rate. I mean c'mon. I get that they're dialing it back for the top rarities but this just seems ridiculous.
There’s a plague of scammers selling fake Pokémon 1st editions on Instagram. I saw someone the other day selling 1st edition shadowless charizards for $150. He blocked me as soon as I asked if they were fake
