I've been running about 3 years now and am upping my milage at the moment. I'm signed up to the Dukeries 30 miler in May. Did my longest run last week of 20 miles, and felt good afterwards, like I could of carried on so should get round. It will be my first ultra!!
glad your feeling happier about your training. I know how you feel had a set back Saturday afternoon, that put me in bed after getting home from ultra. I was gutted Sunday when i was drained all day and was not able to do anything. but made the effort to train this morning. still week but did my yoga. keep going you will get there.
