Eh. It's not a big deal. The talented people will move to independent/smaller studios who make good indie or AA games. AAA will only be filled with yes men and the untalented people who lack any sense of independence and they will produce slop no one will buy. The AA will gain acclaim and talent and become the AAA studios of the next gen, and the cycle will begin again.
Bethesda dlc sells gun for $7:00, adds lame questline... Todd Howard: "We've gone the extra mile" Fromsoft ware dlc is full game the quality of Elden Ring... Miyazaki:
I know you're embargoed, but couldn't you talk to others who were given early access? Since you and other have the early access, I think you would be able to talk to them since nothing is getting to the outside world.
The fact that you can have s3x with animals in baldurs gate means i will not be buying it. "But its not an animal bro! Its just your druid form blah blah" Stfu idc. Its plot armor for beastiality that simple. Just like the little anime girls whos head is half the size of their body but in the story theyre adults YEA OKAY 👌
Its bc graphics and screenshots are marketable. You cant market a great story and characters unless people play the game. But then you get long term wealth. But everyone else polishes their turds shinier than your diamond in the rough. Just like dating lol. Theyre trying to sell you a game, not make a good game that would sell well. Their best foot forward and a closet full of bullsht meanwhile the honest one showing its faults on day one but having so many gems to offer in the closet never gets seen. Then no one makes money cuz we either just sadly give up on gaming or we go back to the 90s and 2000s Literally, GAME OVER Or continue? Theres no winning A slow sad death
....Sony...makes characters, and stories, and good game play. "As is" game trailers that deliver everything they say. Any random footage of a playstation game can be a trailer bc of its consistent quality. Xbox....makes good trailers to cherry pick only the good parts of a game for marketing. When if they just used that effort to actually make a good game they wouldn't have to try at all making a game trailer trying to sell it. Whats really sad is nowadays the line between audience and studio is very very short and open. People literally tell you what they want, what games they like and what you did wrong. Microsoft is like "nah lets just keep doing the same sht over and over" Sony is like "nah lets just keep doing the same sht over and over" but in a good way lol. And i dont even like todays Sony games. Im just saying non bias what is working, and what is not.
One thing I'll note here-I didn't really talk to anyone about the Blessings pre-embargo so I didn't really get a sense of how other people were viewing them. I make the point in the video that I didn't feel like they made much difference, but looking at other people's videos where they run the numbers, my initial gut feeling just doesn't seem to bear out and they appear to be, in fact, very important indeed. My apologies!
I find it hard to agree with the scadutree blessings being useless. FightinCowboy showed his character going 745 attack rating and 35% damage negation to 1430 AR and 68% negation with the blessings.
That's fine, in terms of the numbers I seem to be totally wrong on this. I guess I just didn't *feel* like they made much difference at all to the outcome of battles, and I got both the blessing levels pretty high
Man I made so many characters in prep for the DLC I decided today I’d make another and I realised how burned out I am. Fuck 😂 I’m sure the DLC will fix that
There’s 3 final bosses you find along 3 paths. Prepare for disappointment for the Miquella one, it looks so janky I thought I was watching footage of a work in progress mod.
Hearing you address the fact that Contant creation has really stolen away some of the magic that people playing the first dark souls game, for example, experience before giant wikis were a thing is so refreshing. Very excited for this.
We have had giant wikis since Demon’s Souls in 2009. Doesn’t anybody fact check anymore? From games have always been community efforts, that’s one of their strengths.
Soulstorm should have been a standalone game. The story deviates soooooo much from part 2, I don't know how it could be called a remake. The best thing soulstorm did was not have fleeches in the game. I hate those things so much. But there are things that make soulstorm kind of inadequate after finishing the game and thinking about the experience. The game was fun but the story is lacking and idc for the redesign of all the characters. Why in modern remakes and reimagines, characters are always re-touched and modified. It's ridiculous. Every other critique in this video I agree with. I noticed also with modern remakes and reimagine the darkness and creepiness of the old game goes missing. The new versions are always extra bright. Idc for it
Can't believe it's looking to be this large. It was said to be "a little larger than Limgrave" - This looks WAY bigger than just Limgrave from the couple videos I've skimmed through. Is there any actual comparison available? Also can't believe this is the first weekend in forever that I have to work, fuck my life.
Fuck yeah dude, I’m gonna make a dope martial arts combo and beat tf out of bosses with my mimic tear. I played through the entire base game without it and I’m gonna get back that lost time 😂
@@markroyds23 huh? You can always get it. It's in a chest in nokstella. But there are better summons anyways. Black knife tiche. Don't know why people are so stuck on the mimic summon which got nerfed anyways.
@@Ultradocker What gear do you use? The way to use Mimic is to be a tank build. Give him a way to heal and look out. He's aggressive and if given proper gear, is a bit better than Dung Eater. I find Tiche hit and miss, if used properly, Mimic is consistently good.
Malenia will still be the hardest boss for most people. Messmer was a push over, shown in the leaked footage. He is just very tanky, with around 20k hp. Still less than some base-game bosses. I think the difficulty will be made by how many of those scaleable items you find.
@@soo3543 I brought that one up because that was the boss everyone expected to be harder than Malenia, and he isn't. The DLC adds 40 bosses, I know that already. Thanks for your valuable input.
