Sim City is a game series published by EA created by Will Wright. The original one came out on the Snes. There are several versions now on pc. (Ever heard of The Sims? It came out after some Sim City games)
This glitch happened to me on console version, and tbh i just remade the same character and restarted a whole game 😂😂 i was only like an hour or two into flopping around like a fish out of water so it didnt bother me but if only i wouldve known
I Adopted all the Vanilla pets, the 2 Cats are So OP cuz of the Friendship bonus! And if the "Special" Perks that Shiny Monsters have, actually do anything, i can't tell! i keep testing and i don't see any difference, plus the One that helps u with sand fishing, every pet already Does that by default, i kinda think either they don't work properly, or maybe they do, but i just don't notice it 🤷♂️ But besides that, i did tons of Testing and everything for all the monsters i do have already

As a console player I enjoy seeing all impatient players who are upset about this.😂 I said it would probably take several years from the start. I'm still very content and love CS1, with all the dlc you can achieve so much in a 9 tile map, CS2 isn't gonna make me any happier. So I'm fine, but when it comes out I'm gonna buy it to see how they compare 😂
Traffic in this game can be a real problem if you don't manage it correctly. You must know at least about roads hierarchy. It will save you a lot of restarts.
TBH, I'm more surprised that they didn't release on PC first and bring in console later on, right from the beginning, like Paradox do with most of their games, including CS1. I think if they can resolve the performance issues that are plaguing the PC version, then there's no reason it can't go to console, at least on PS5 and XBox current gen equivalent. I'd rather continue playing CS1 Remastered for now, as I have so much of the DLC. Even if CS2 comes out in the next year, I will probably wait until they've ironed out any console-specific bugs and have released at least 1-2 DLC packs for it. :)
No, most game do day and date release for console and PC, niche strategy/simulation games do PC First console later,but Paradox took money from Xbox for the port to be released on XGP (not just PC Gamer Pass) and now legally has to release the game on Xbox Series X/S or have to renegotiate or pay the fine (usually greater than the amount paid to prevent either party from breaching the contract @@SimGamesCorner
Too complicated I thought maybe I would learn how to start a trade route, but you didn’t go through how to start a tractor just explained a whole bunch of things and numbers and stuff like that but somebody just starting out it’s too complicated

I remember back in December of 2023, I went to Gamestop and they allowed me to pre order Cities Skylines 2. I remember checking the receipt, and it said it was downloadable on December 31st. I didn't realize until later that night, it said December 31st, 2024. So I got a refund. I don't know if Gamestop knows something, or if they would contact me at that time, and say it ain't coming out until another time. A whole year I would have waited, and it still wouldn't came out. Maybe that will change, who knows.
They should just scrap it and keep it on computer only. I was looking forward to it coming out and buying my first PS 5, but having to wait this long, I'm losing faith in the final product and how many more patches and updates might need to be done after the release.

Hi, very good information. I play on PC, and it took me about 3 to 4 years to develop the skills - and more importantly the style to have traffic most time at 83-86 percent. The secret is do not connect every road to every other road, some areas like a suburb, so off a highway have a 3 or 4 way intersection, but donot create that new zone and link it to every other area that is left / right / up down to the new intersection you created, Rail - rail is very important Commuter, use a simple single railway station - that is your "out of city station" intercity Then nearby - walking distance, use a multi station / platform railway and use that like a "octopus" to spread throughout your map. the from each railway station, create a small 4 to 8 stop metro Do this as a wheel within a wheel, the large outer wheel is the railway line, then the inner wheels are metros. For example the most simplest is have 4 railway station, far north , far east , far south, far west and middle ( ok it is 5 ) of the map These people will travel long distance ( 20 -100 miles or 30 to 60 minutesin real life ) via tran Then around each train station, you set up metros, say 1 to 3 per suburb and a smaller loop, like main road the rail is the highway and the subway is the arterial or local roads. You can expand it one more step and use busses - but i dont use busses because the are road traffic - the only time i do is say a metro is in one spot, but i have a beach line ( or youhave residential around a mountain ) and a long road, then i just set up a bus from metro and make it run the long road and back Cargo, set up a separate cargo line - it will join the commuter rail at the edge of the map , but for the main map create a seperate rail line that only connects cargo lines. Also if you have water use a water / cargo station, if you have plenty of ocean and rives, use 3 or 4 cargo ship yards. Now this is important, each sea cargo , you must create a loop road, and connect a rail cargo station. Your loop road will need, police, fire, hospital, death care, garbage to function Now you have full import / export of goods, and also a way to send then internally in your map So another important thing is donot connect every cargo station on the same line - you will bog down in cargo rail trains, that i do is have say a south line and have 4 to 6 cargo station, that is it, then a north line, and 4 to6 cargo station interconnected, but they donot connect to other areas Do this for North / South East / West You only need 1 cargo station to connect to the outside railway line that goes put past the border / spawn area It is very important, all industry areas as well as large commercial areas have cargo rail, otherwise the go 100% via trucks, this was 90% of cargo is by seaat or train, and the last loop station to shop or industry is via trucks, you will end up using very little trucks If you have a lot of hills, them this is a good time, to use cable cars , it is the only time i use then and only if i have say residential and no school or large commercial, then i use a cable car just to climb the large hill With airport you only need one, place a railway or metro next to it and make it non stop to the main railway station, but use common sense if the airport is far north and the main multi rail far south, then use 3 or 4 stops on the way, it is silly to go airport far north, then 1 stop to lower south multi rail, only to have commuters catch 2 train sand metro to go back up north That is is, but the biggest help is just dont connect every road to every other road, people will find short cuts and avoid highways and they will use 1 and 2 lane roads to travel across the map, I am in australia and at one stage new estates made in 0's to 90's were of main road and fed into many cul-de-sacs, so basically a suburb of 500-2000 houses only have 1 x highway 2 x 4 lane road and the rest is 2 and 1 lane roads to each house - it congests the highway turn of and 4 lane road - but eventually trickles down ( of the highway, just have a before main and and after exit - that breaks main highway turn off by 1/3 rd) For the train hub senario, you can google search cities skylines wheel within a wheel or hub within hub for sample of what i am trying todescribe Regards George
I’m fine with waiting. If the current PC build came out on console tomorrow I wouldn’t buy it, still looks like a mess. CS1 got a next gen version and it’s a fully functional relatively bug free full featured game with endless DLC/mods. That said I have a friend that bought a PS5 in Sept 2023 specifically for CS2. CS1 is the only game he plays. Needless to say, he’s disappointed.

Rejection also happens with guards, medicine cats, and shopkeepers (maybe also the leaders? Im not sure) even if you have 5 stars with them. Also if anyone needs catnip locations, (since most cats love them when gifted) Note: when I say _ blocks from __ domain, I mean not counting the domain block itself 3 blocks down from mountain domain 2 blocks across left from mountain domain 3 blocks across right + 1 block down from mountain domain 1 block left of sacred temple 1 block right of sacred temple 2 blocks up and 1 block over left from forest colony 1 block to the right + 3 blocks down from forest colony 1 block under mystic colony 2blocks down + 3 blocks over left from mystic colony 4 blocks down from very top right of map Also! The map on the left side of your screen shows things like your reputation with all of the colonies/ domains, shows the name of the blocks you press on or the block you’re at and shows what colony or domain percentages are of that area, and it also shows at the very bottom if you have a task or not and how ,icy you’ve completed of it. If you get your reputation to %100 with a colony or domain, you can go into the colony even if you aren’t apart of it, or join that colony. That loses trust from your previous colony though. Also if you marry a cat but had other love interests along with that one, you will lose the other lovers’ who you didn’t marry hearts and stars. Edit: the sentinel woods block is a really good area for finding black hares. I have a huge stack of black hares in my den just because I was in that area for a while Another thing lol: if you gave the cat yoy married it’s favorite gift every day, or the gift it likes, it will get you more kittens (gift them those things after you bought the nursery and they asked if you want to have kids one day)

I’m really hoping that they sell the game at a lower price for us console players. I think that’s fair, because the release will have been delayed for a year for us with false information being spread, and the game hasn’t had the best publicity recently. I think it would be pretty rigged for Paradox to charge the regular price on console.
They should honestly just give up on the console if they are never going to release it. because we already waited twice, two delays and the final result might not even be worth it.
You mean for the first game? I loved the first game so much that I actually got two copies because buying a bundle pack on sale was cheaper than buying the dlcs separately.

@@ChesterJamesNewton They updated their time frame. It is not coming out this spring, obviously, but it is not coming out this summer either. It may come out in October but it could be next year. If you watch the video link I posted earlier, it discuses their update to the release time frame.
I agree with that. I'm not sure who to pin the blame on on this one. The developers released the game before they wanted to. They knew it wasn't ready so did the publishers force them to release it? Was the platforms involved?
Thanks for the info! To be honest, I'm not really hyped about 2. I'm glad the delayed it, rather than release a buggy game, but it still looks very limited compared to what you could do in 1, since we have tons of DLCs and CCPs.
