in malaysia there is a restaurant called yee fatt dry curry and its very famous. I cant figure it out why his gravy is black coloured and there is a hint of red chili oil. It has been 3 generation but no ppl could imitate his curry. It gives a very depth curry flavor. Now i wonder if they are using sri lankan technique to do it 😮
